Pajama Reorders & Replenishment Support

Build your next sleepwear order from the approved product your brand already knows. Jinshi reviews repeat pajama production with retained style references, current material supply and the new size mix connected. Keep what works, identify any changes and plan replenishment with a specific production and approval route.

Built for Your Next Order, Too

Start from the right version

Keep the previous sample, technical pack and artwork reference visible. The new order uses that starting point without overwriting the history of what was made before.

Reuse work that remains valid

An unchanged pattern or artwork can be assessed for reuse while current fabric, shade and packing requirements receive the checks they need. The proposal identifies the actual work carried forward.

Plan the next order around demand

Share the new style, color and size mix, plus any launch or restock priority. Explore scaling and replenishment solutions for a wider ongoing-supply plan.

Bring the original reference and the new requirement

Send the previous order or style reference, desired quantities by style, color and size, and the target timing. Identify any intended change, even if it seems small: a new color, different packaging, a size extension or a replacement fabric.

We compare the request with the retained approved sample and working specification. The output is a reorder scope that identifies the reference version, current sourcing status and the approvals needed for the new production.

Separate a repeat from a new development

The original order remains its own record. A new approved version is not used to rewrite what was supplied previously.

Confirm what is available now

Retained swatches and sample garments are references, not a promise that the same fabric lot is still in stock. Confirm current sourcing, any reserved material and the condition and quantity of retained trims or packaging.

Where material retention is arranged, agree ownership, storage, quantity records and the period or conditions of use. If a quality is unavailable, a proposed alternative is presented as a substitution with its differences explained. Fabric sourcing covers the associated approval.

Review shade across production batches

The same color code can guide a repeat, while the new lot still needs comparison with the approved reference. Review body fabric and visible trims together, especially when they come from different lots or structures.

For a repeat print, retain the artwork version, scale, direction and physical print reference. If a printing route, material or finish changes, review the result rather than assuming an unchanged file guarantees an identical fabric appearance. Custom color development explains the matching process.

Use existing work where it remains valid

An unchanged approved pattern, artwork or production instruction may reduce the development work required. The proposal identifies which tasks are reused and which still need to be performed, such as material confirmation, a new print trial or an updated packed-garment sample.

Cost does not automatically fall by a fixed percentage on every repeat. Compare the actual retained work, sourcing, quantity, packing and current commercial conditions. A different order mix can change material use even when the design is unchanged.

Plan quantity and timing for the new order

For standard fabric qualities, bulk starts at 30 sales units per style and color, with sizes mixed within that style and color. A complete two-piece pajama set counts as one unit. The minimum is not multiplied by each size in the mix.

Normal bulk production is 25–30 working days once the new order's relevant materials, specifications, approvals and payment conditions are ready as agreed. A repeat still needs a confirmed schedule; transport and any new development are separate.

Close the reorder handoff

The released record identifies the old reference, new order number or reference, approved changes, current materials, size mix and packing instructions. Any required sample or document review is attached to the affected item.

For planned replenishment, share the expected order rhythm and likely product changes. We can discuss a practical scaling and replenishment approach without treating a forecast as a confirmed purchase order or indefinite stock reservation.

Reorder questions

Do I have to sample an entirely unchanged style again?

The review depends on current material and production conditions. We identify what can carry forward and which checks are needed, rather than requiring or waiving every sample automatically.

Can I change only the size quantities?

Yes, within the approved range. Record the new mix and review the resulting materials, packing and production plan.

Can you guarantee the original fabric lot is retained?

Retention must be agreed and recorded. A reference swatch alone does not establish a reserved bulk-material quantity.

Does a new print count as an unchanged repeat?

The garment fit may remain a reference, but the print is a new approval object. Its artwork, material trial and presentation need review.

What if my old packaging no longer fits?

Review the actual folded garment and new requirements. A changed fabric thickness, size range or unit configuration may need a revised package.

Make the repeat request specific

Send the previous reference, new size mix and any changes. We will review the reusable work, current sourcing and next approval.
