One individual garment or one complete two-piece set is one sales unit. Standard fabric qualities can be made in your own colors or prints. New formulas and specialist developments are reviewed for the project; approvals, additional testing and transport have their own schedule.
More than 300 partner brands and exports to 25 countries form part of Jinshi's business experience. We work with new labels, established collections and buying teams that need product development and garment supply to fit together.
Build a children's nightwear range around the products your customers buy together.

Long sleeves and pants, short summer sets, button-front styles and coordinated separates. Develop the top and bottom as a complete branded product.

Footed, footless and convertible sleepers with zipper or snap openings. Choose the material, closure protection and size-specific details together.

Develop the shell, lining, layers, openings and fit around the intended product and market. Sleep sacks with legs have their own design and size requirements.

Carry a print or fabric direction into newborn gowns, bodysuits, blankets, accessories and gift sets. Extend an established range with matching family pajamas or other apparel.

Compare gathered, collared and longer shirt-style directions with suitable sleeve, fabric and print choices for the intended collection.
Bodysuits and daytime rompers, baby accessories, blankets and defined newborn gift sets can extend a coordinated range. Robes and hooded towels have their own after-bath use and development requirements. The full product directory keeps these related families distinct.
Children's sleepwear manufacturing since 2000 informs how we review cuffs, openings, seams, fit and set coordination. Design choices are considered with the work needed to make them.
The 30-unit standard-fabric minimum applies to each style and color, with your own size mix. You can build a focused first assortment and develop your colors or prints on a familiar quality.
Material, artwork, size labels, hangtags and packaging follow one collection brief. Private-label development includes the details your customer sees and the instructions production needs.
Our separate sample line develops more than 100 sample styles a month. Approved patterns, materials and sample comments become the working references for the bulk order.
Our ten-person QA/QC team works with the requirements for the actual material, construction and market. Incoming checks, in-process review and final inspection have distinct jobs.
Retained specifications, material references and order feedback support reorders and new seasons. As your sleepwear supplier, we help identify which details can carry forward and which need fresh approval.

Explore bamboo viscose or rayon, bamboo-derived lyocell and blends with cotton, organic cotton, modal, spandex or recycled polyester. Select the complete composition, fabric construction and weight for your garment.

Compare conventional, combed, long-staple, organic and recycled cotton, plus cotton-spandex, cotton-modal, cotton-viscose, cotton-polyester and cotton-linen options. Different qualities can serve different parts of the range.
Our wider material range includes modal, other viscose and lyocell, polyester, nylon, silk, wool, linen and suitable blends. Jersey, interlock, rib, pointelle, muslin and other constructions provide further options. We help you compare the actual swatches and assembled samples.
Start with an existing print design, adapt a suitable library pattern or send your own artwork. We connect the chosen print with the fabric, garment shape and brand details, so a collection can begin even before you have an original artwork file.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
A single theme can connect baby sleepers, kids' pajama sets and selected collection companions, with separate scale and placement decisions for each product.

Develop patterns, size grading, sleeve and leg lengths, necklines and product-specific openings. Start with a technical pack, reference garment or product idea.

Choose an existing print from our design library, request suitable color or scale adjustments, or send your own artwork. Compare printing and embroidery on the actual fabric before approving the garment.

Choose cuffs, bindings, zipper guards, seam constructions, trims and wash or finishing treatments that fit the design. Sample the parts together before freezing the specification.

Coordinate brand, size and care labels with hangtags, packaging, SKU identification and packing instructions. The finished product should be ready for the receiving and selling arrangements you specify.

Fabric identity, color, dimensions, sewing, openings, labels and packing are reviewed against the approved requirements. Wash, shrinkage, colorfastness and other performance checks follow the project's test plan.
Our support covers relevant OEKO-TEX, GOTS/OCS, GRS and factory-audit routes. We connect the applicable material, product, site and order documents with the claims your team intends to use.
Children's sleepwear classification, construction, testing and labeling belong in development. Share the countries where you plan to sell so the required work can enter the sample and production plan.

Launching a brand: narrow the first assortment, compare fabrics and build a workable size mix with low-MOQ first-order support.
Developing an established range: coordinate technical files, new styles and repeat orders through brand manufacturing support.
Buying for stores or distribution: connect product presentation, wholesale quantities and receiving needs with retailer or distributor support.
Managing several participants: align designer, buyer, factory and inspector responsibilities with support for sourcing teams.
Tell us the products, market, quantities and timing. A reference image or sample can start the discussion; a completed technical pack is also welcome.
Compare materials, refine patterns and review the sample. Confirm fit, artwork, construction and the scope of any tests before the production version is released.
Approve the order details, then follow the agreed production and inspection milestones. Relevant photographs, measurements and records keep the next decision understandable.
Reconcile the products, sizes, set contents and cartons. Coordinate export delivery, then use product and sales feedback to plan replenishment or the next collection.

Two pajama-set styles, three colors and 30 complete sets per style-color group. This worked example shows how mixed sizes and 24 SKUs fit into one order plan.

See how a shared print can be adapted to a sleeper, pajama set, sleep sack and blanket. The development example keeps artwork coordination and individual product decisions connected.

Compare a fabric bag with a clear bag and back card using stated cost assumptions. Review protection, presentation and the complete packed product alongside the calculation.
These are development plans and worked examples you can adapt to a new brief.
Product development is also a working relationship: how questions are handled, samples are reviewed and decisions carry into the order. Customer feedback adds a buyer's perspective to that process.
Discuss your next collection at a factory visit, a sample meeting or an industry event. We can focus the conversation on the materials, garment details and production questions that matter to your team.
