Review the people, processes and records behind your sleepwear order. Jinshi's factory social compliance and qualification support connects the legal entity, Jiangmen production site and proposed manufacturing scope to your sourcing team's onboarding requirements.
Our qualification portfolio includes amfori BSCI, SMETA and ICS audit frameworks; SA8000, WRAP and Fair Trade USA factory programs; ISO 9001 quality management; and B Corp company certification. These credentials address different questions. We organize the relevant evidence around your onboarding requirements and proposed production scope.

| Evidence category | What the review concerns | What your team should match |
|---|---|---|
| amfori BSCI | Social risk management, site assessment and continuing improvement | Facility identity, audit date, report access, findings and follow-up status |
| SMETA | A social audit methodology covering the selected pillars | Site, audit scope, auditing company and corrective action plan |
| ICS | Buyer-led social and environmental assessment frameworks | Requested audit type, relevant site, report and improvement records |
| SA8000 and WRAP | Social responsibility or responsible production certification at the applicable organization/facility scope | Certificate holder, covered site, validity and scheme-specific scope |
| Fair Trade USA factory program | Factory requirements and participation in the applicable program | Facility scope and the additional conditions for a particular product or label claim |
| ISO 9001 | Quality management systems | Certified organization, processes, site and certification scope |
| B Corp | Company-level social, environmental and governance requirements | Certified legal entity and current company certification information |
amfori describes BSCI as a social improvement system rather than certification. Sedex describes SMETA as an audit methodology. A social audit report does not replace a fabric test, finished-product safety assessment or shipment inspection.
Use Jiangmen Jinshi Technology Co., Ltd. as the legal entity reference for the project discussion. Our factory address is No. 18 Minfeng Road, Hetang Town, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China.
Match the name and address across your supplier onboarding record, the relevant certificate or audit report and the manufacturing agreement. Where a document has a different naming format, an additional site or a restricted process scope, resolve the relationship before accepting it as evidence for the order.
The same check applies to an external material or processing supplier. A sewing-factory audit does not automatically describe the operating conditions at every mill, printer or packaging supplier in the chain. Define which sites your program needs to review.

Send your supplier questionnaire or identify the required programs, target buyer, product category and intended order schedule. Include any retailer platform, approved auditor, report age or corrective-action requirements.
We can then organize the available project-relevant material for review: factory profile, applicable certificates, audit information, process scope and the records needed to explain open or completed corrective actions. Full audit sharing follows the relevant platform permissions and confidentiality conditions. A redacted public preview and a controlled buyer review may contain different levels of detail.
For each document, record the issuer, audit or issue date, expiry or next-review information where applicable, covered locations and the person responsible for resolving questions. Do not treat a logo image as a substitute for that record.
A practical corrective-action record connects a finding to its cause, owner, agreed completion date, action taken and evidence of verification. Your team should be able to distinguish an action planned for the future from one implemented and checked.
For example, an illustrative document-control finding might lead to an updated instruction, staff briefing and a later check that the correct version is in use. The updated instruction alone would not show whether the change reached the production floor. This example explains a review method; it is not a report of a Jinshi audit finding.
Discuss your acceptance criteria before placing the order. A buyer's internal approval decision can involve the audit results, corrective-action status and product-specific controls together.
A useful factory visit follows the proposed product from sample development and material identification through cutting, sewing, checking and packing. Identify the processes you want to observe and the records you need to discuss before arranging the visit.
For a social compliance review, agree the review format and auditor requirements through the appropriate program. Keep worker information and confidential customer material protected. For a technical visit, bring the style specification and a sample so the discussion can focus on construction, measurement and inspection decisions.

Retailers and brands can have different accepted programs, report windows, platform connections and follow-up requirements. Send the actual onboarding criteria so we can match the available evidence and identify any additional project steps.
Use each program's own claims and licensing rules. Company certification, factory participation and a product label are different permissions. Agree the exact wording and approved artwork before printing.
Use the certification directory for material and product programs. Include the proposed fabric, trims and claim so the request can be connected to the right scope.
