Source the materials your custom sleepwear needs as one coordinated garment brief. Jinshi supports bamboo-derived, cotton and other fabric development, with body fabric, rib, binding, zipper tape and layered components reviewed together. Choose regular qualities with custom colors or prints, develop a new material, or work with customer-supplied and nominated sources.

Bamboo-derived regenerated cellulosics and cotton are our main routes. Modal, synthetic, specialty and other appropriate fabrics remain available for project development instead of being hidden from the sourcing discussion.
Standard fabric qualities are not restricted to stocked shades. The garment bulk route starts at 30 units per style and color, with mixed sizes; newly developed formulas or special constructions are assessed separately.
We identify who provides each material and who approves a change, including customer-supplied or nominated sources. Browse the fabric library to begin with the material family.
An existing library print and an existing fabric are different resources. You can select the artwork first, then review it on the intended fiber, construction and weight. The approved material and print references stay linked in the order.
| Route | Starting information | Work to complete | Confirmation before use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Existing fabric quality | Required reference and quantity | Review current supply, color and suitability | Actual quality and availability |
| Regular quality in custom color or print | Selected quality and color or artwork | Develop the specified appearance | Approved lab dip or strike-off and material reference |
| New formulation, structure or finish | Product goal and target specification | Assess sourcing and development | Feasible quality, sample route and commercial terms |
| Customer-supplied material | Material files, quantity and delivery plan | Review compatibility and incoming condition | Identified material accepted for the agreed work |
| Nominated supplier | Approved supplier and component brief | Coordinate specifications and handoff | Supplied quality checked against the agreed reference |
A swatch, stock fabric and ready-to-ship finished garment are different supply states. We identify which one applies rather than using “available” without an object.
The project identifies who selects, purchases and delivers each component, who provides its material information, and who approves a substitution. Jinshi reviews the proposed materials for the garment task and checks incoming supplies against the agreed specification.
Customer-supplied or nominated materials are not automatically released for cutting merely because they arrived. If identity, quality, quantity or compatibility is unresolved, the affected work is held while the issue is reviewed with the authorized contact.
| Component | Joint-review question | Evidence to keep |
|---|---|---|
| Body fabric | Does it meet the selected composition, structure, weight and finish? | Approved quality and sample state |
| Rib | Does the cuff or band coordinate in shade and recovery? | Rib specification and sewn opening sample |
| Binding | Does the edge have suitable width, stretch and bulk? | Material identity and finished-edge review |
| Zipper tape | Does it work with the body in shade, handling and laundering? | Zipper specification and assembled front sample |
| Outer, lining and filling | Is each layer correctly identified and compatible? | Separate material entries for the complete product |
A matching color code is not a complete joint approval. Review the actual combination, including how the components meet at seams and openings. Trim development carries that work into the garment.

A useful material card contains full fiber percentages, construction, finished GSM, usable width, finish and supplier reference. Add yarn information where required, color or print version, washed state and any documentation linked to a specific claim.
For bamboo-derived fibers, retain the actual viscose/rayon or lyocell identity. For organic or recycled materials, keep the relevant share and scope information. Explore fabric families to define the candidate route without treating one fiber name as a complete specification.
You provide the product requirements and reference. We compare suitable sourcing directions and explain differences that affect the garment, cost or schedule. The output is an identified candidate set for review.
The selected quality moves into color or print development, joint trim review and the relevant garment sample. The approval identifies exactly which quality and appearance have been accepted.
Incoming material is checked against the released reference and order information. Accepted materials are linked to the bill of materials and production work; unresolved differences are raised before the dependent operations proceed.
A supplier change, new finish, different blend or replacement rib can affect the approved product. We identify the proposed difference, explain the checks it may require and obtain the agreed written decision before use.
Where a replacement is accepted, the bill of materials and relevant sample or test references are updated. The old approval remains part of the history rather than being silently redefined to cover the new quality. Reorder planning uses the same discipline when materials are sourced for a later batch.
Yes. Provide the supplier and component information, and define who purchases, approves and coordinates delivery. Jinshi still reviews the material for the agreed garment work.
No automatic extension is made. The proposed tape and assembled zipper area belong in the joint material and garment review.
No. Regular qualities include custom color or print development. A wholly new formulation or special construction receives a separate assessment.
The affected work is paused for review. The difference, proposed resolution and any impact on cost or timing are recorded before a decision is made.
Yes, as references. Current supply and the new lot still need review, with retained material and storage arrangements defined for the project.
Share the body preference, visible trims, supplied components and any documentation requirement. We will help define a coordinated sourcing and approval route.
