Selected existing garment or fabric samples may be available without a sample charge, with the scope confirmed for your request. Shipping is normally arranged at the buyer's cost. We confirm availability and any sample, customization or courier charges before dispatch.
Custom development samples are quoted for the work involved. The proposal identifies the garment or material, development scope, relevant files and review stages.
On standard fabric qualities, custom sampling starts from one unit per style per color. One two-piece pajama set is one unit. Normal sampling is 7–10 working days after the relevant sample inputs and start conditions are confirmed; additional development, reviews, testing and shipping are scheduled separately.
| Sample type | Review it for | Confirm separately where needed |
|---|---|---|
| Existing garment | Available construction, material feel and reference details | Your own specification, color, fit and brand requirements |
| Fabric swatch | Identified fabric and color characteristics | The finished garment and the actual bulk material requirements |
| Pattern or fit sample | Shape, measurements and construction within its defined scope | Any substitute material, final print, trims and packaging |
| Actual-material pre-production sample | The agreed production combination | Remaining scope items and the final production release conditions |
