Make the small pieces feel like part of the same brand. Jinshi manufactures custom baby hats, headbands, bibs and mittens in China, coordinating materials, prints and private-label presentation with your garments. Each accessory receives its own dimensions, construction and packing definition, whether sold alone or included in a gift range.

Confirmed for the chosen products, inputs and assembly work
For applicable standard-fabric garments, the minimum is 30 sales units per style per color with mixed sizes. Accessories, loose textiles and broader gift packs have their order units and purchase conditions explicitly stated; a two-piece pajama set means one complete top-and-bottom pair.

Compare close-fitting caps, top-knot shapes, rib styles, double-layer constructions or selected decorative forms. Head dimensions, finished height, edge treatment and material layers are developed for the chosen style and size group.

Define the band shape, finished dimensions, elastic arrangement where used and any attached detail. A matching print gives visual continuity, while the band still needs its own fit and construction approval.

Select a shape, coverage area, layer arrangement and fastening. Review the neck opening, edge binding and front-to-back material combination, with the intended daily use clearly described.

Specify the hand shape, opening, cuff or elastic finish and selected size group. The seam and opening are reviewed in the actual fabric, with the pair and packaging contents identified in the order.
Baby hats, infant caps, bibs, headbands and mittens are product groups within the accessory range. They are specified separately, with each quotation identifying the item, pair or pack being supplied.
Within these groups, a newborn beanie, knot hat, bandana-style bib or shaped feeding bib can form a distinct reference for development. Compare fabric layers, print direction, edges and closures rather than choosing by theme alone. Coordinated accessory packs must identify each item and its own intended use.
Coordinate the fabric or palette, then adjust print scale for the actual accessory panel.
Binding, elastic, fastenings, layers and attached details receive their own construction notes.
Choose separately labeled items or a clearly listed accessory pack with an approved assembled sample.
Bring the main garment and companion pieces into a shared development discussion while retaining each item's use and specifications.
| Collection connection | What can be shared | What remains item-specific |
|---|---|---|
| Same fabric | Approved material quality and selected color | Shape, dimensions and construction |
| Same print | Artwork source and color direction | Scale, placement and cutting layout |
| Coordinated fabric | A complementary material or color | Full composition and care assessment |
| Shared gift presentation | Brand design and outer packaging theme | Component names, sizes and counts |
A small accessory panel can show only a fragment of a garment's print. We review repeat size and placement on the actual shape, then decide whether the accessory should use the main print, a reduced repeat or a solid companion color.
Accessories need more than a “matching” note on the garment order. We identify fabric faces and layers, binding, elastic, fastenings, decorative attachments, labels and seam positions. The agreed bill of materials links every component to its style and version.
Fit review uses the appropriate finished dimensions and opening measurements. Attachment and wash checks are selected for the product and market. A bow, knot or shaped detail belongs in the construction record with its size and method of attachment, rather than being approved only through a distant product image.
Give the item its own style identity, approved dimensions, material information and packing description. State whether the unit is an individual item, a pair or another expressly defined component in the quotation.
List every item in the pack, including sizes and counts. Keep internal component quantities separate from the number of finished retail packs, and approve the complete assembled presentation.
A hat or pair of mittens can accompany a gown or other garment in a newborn gift set. The garment, accessory and packaging remain identifiable lines so a change to one item does not silently alter the full set.
Label development and packaging support connect the brand presentation to the actual components.
Accessories are presented for their specific everyday or gift purposes. A coordinated pack does not mean every item should be worn or placed with an infant during sleep. Infant sleep guidance calls for an uncovered head and face and a sleep space free of loose objects.
For a range spanning garments and accessories, newborn collection development provides a shared approval plan. We coordinate colors and artwork while tracking the specific fit, use, labels and quantity of each component.
Send the accessory types, associated garment or print, intended sizes, market and preferred presentation. A reference shape or photograph helps identify details; dimensions can be developed through the sample process if your chart is not yet complete.
We confirm each order unit and quantity before quotation. Standard garment MOQ rules should not be used to guess the contents or quantity of an accessory pack. Custom materials, dedicated trims and packaging are assessed against the actual project.
For wholesale baby accessories, specify whether the sales item is a single piece, pair or agreed pack. State quantities and the chosen print references alongside the approved product list; matching artwork alone does not define the contents.
Carry your collection's color or artwork into the accessories, then develop the appropriate label, card, band or gift arrangement. We compare the actual shapes in the proposed pack so small pieces remain identifiable. The quotation separates the accessories, branded materials and assembly work for a usable cost comparison. As your baby accessories supplier, we keep approved product details and the actual supply route visible in the quotation and order record.

Select an existing print or bring your own design to coordinate baby accessories with the wider collection. Hats, bibs and other approved pieces retain their own material, size and intended-use specifications.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
A small cap, narrow headband and broad bib panel reveal different portions of a repeat. Review each component instead of assuming that every motif will appear in every finished piece.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Small accessory panels and trims benefit from an identified material and component list. Our sample team confirms the shape and assembly before cutting and sewing follow the approved version; packing instructions identify individual pieces, pairs and finished packs explicitly.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |

Accessory manufacturing needs a separate specification for each cap, bib, headband or pair of mittens. As a baby accessories supplier, we coordinate materials and prints with the collection while preserving each item's fit, fastening and packing requirements.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For baby accessories, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
The packaging comparison example shows how a brand can compare alternative bag-and-card or more elaborate presentations using the same identified goods. Its cost figures are a worked illustration; your accessory pack is assessed with its actual components and dimensions.
We can plan that where suitable. The fabric reference is shared, while the accessory receives its own measurements, construction and use description.
The quotation explicitly defines the accessory unit and pack contents. We keep component counts and sales-pack counts clear rather than relying on an assumed unit.
Yes. We identify the additional pattern, material, color and packaging decisions, then review the new components without reopening unrelated approved details.
We can assess the usable material, print scale, cutting needs and quantity. Available fabric does not automatically translate into a fixed number of finished items.
Yes. Each shape has its own dimensions and construction record, with colors and packaging coordinated across the group.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
