Move from your business goal to a practical product and supply plan. Jinshi's China manufacturing team supports startup collections, established brands, retail and wholesale buying, ecommerce launches and sourcing projects. Start with the task that matters now; we connect the right products, development work and order decisions around it.

Turn a product idea into a focused first range. Compare a reference style, an existing sample or a new-design route, with development scope and sample approvals matched to your starting budget. Plan a startup collection.
Bring approved fit, material and brand standards into new styles or seasons. We organize version control, development differences and repeat-material requirements so expansion builds on the correct references. Extend an established range.
Choose a manageable assortment with clear sizes, product comparisons and retail presentation. Coordinate samples, brand labels, packing and the information needed for replenishment. Plan boutique and retail buying.
Organize quantities across styles, colors and sizes, then connect the assortment to packing ratios, cartons and export handover. Current garment availability and custom manufacture follow separate supply plans. Organize wholesale supply.
Connect style, color and size variants to your own SKUs, barcodes, product images and destination-warehouse requirements. We prepare agreed product and packing information for the actual order. Plan ecommerce production.
Coordinate the principal, buying contact and approved decision-makers across one or more projects. Quote assumptions, sample comments and production approvals remain associated with the correct brand and version. Set up sourcing collaboration.
A product idea, sample, approved technical pack or repeat order can each begin a useful project discussion.
Design, fabrics, samples, manufacturing, labels and packing can be organized as one scope or selected services.
A first range, retail assortment and ongoing supply program need different decisions and records.
Develop several products under one material and print direction, with separate measurements, openings and approvals for each garment. Build a newborn range.
Work backward from the delivery point through transport, manufacture, samples, print approvals and design. Plan a holiday or seasonal launch.
Turn a proposed range into style, color and size quantities using the correct sales units. Structure a first order.
Use approved product records, actual sales feedback and material availability to plan repeat orders and new additions. Plan ongoing supply.
Compare organic, recycled and other material objectives with the product, supporting documents and packaging scope. Develop a material-led collection.
| Starting point | Project work | Useful outcome |
|---|---|---|
| A collection idea | Product definition, material comparison and design | A focused style plan and sampling brief |
| A reference garment | Pattern, fit, construction and material assessment | A clear retained-feature and change list |
| An approved technical pack | Manufacturing review, sourcing and sample confirmation | A production-ready approved version |
| A repeat style | Material, version, quantity and timing review | An agreed replenishment order |
Our sleepwear development solutions organize the work behind new products. Sleepwear supply solutions connect approved products with order, material and delivery decisions. Services can cover the full project or defined parts. Private label, existing-style changes, OEM/ODM and supplied-material arrangements are matched to your inputs and the responsibilities agreed for the order. Explore the manufacturing routes for those distinctions.
Standard fabric qualities support custom colors or prints from 30 sales units per style per color, with mixed sizes. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom pajama set counts as one unit. Ready-to-ship garments, available fabric for manufacture and new development are separate supply states.
Normal standard-fabric sampling is 7–10 working days and bulk 25–30 working days after the relevant stage requirements and conditions are agreed. Review, specialist procurement, testing and shipping receive their own schedule. These conditions help frame a project; the full range is planned against its actual work.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000 and began export business in 2008. Our separate sample-development line and six bulk production lines support work from early product definition through manufacture, with the actual order scheduled against its scope.

Products, market, source references and the next decision your team needs to make.
Development tasks, material choices, responsibilities, samples and cost assumptions.
Approved product references, quantities, brand details and the relevant production or delivery plan.
Tell us the product, market, approximate quantity and target delivery point. Then identify the decision you need help making: choosing material, comparing styles, completing specifications, confirming a sample or organizing replenishment. A complete technical pack is useful, but it is not required for an initial discussion.
They can be combined. An ecommerce startup may need both a focused first-order plan and SKU or packing coordination. We define one scope around the actual work.
Yes, for a suitable standard-fabric project. Brand maturity does not change the need to calculate quantities by style and color.
Yes. Start with the product range, then tell us what you already have and what still needs development.
