Start with a focused range and quantities you can check. Jinshi supports low-MOQ custom kids' sleepwear from 30 sales units per style per color on standard fabric qualities, including your own color or print. Mix approved sizes within each combination, then connect the order to samples, brand details and the records that make reordering easier.

Select a suitable base direction and identify what should stay or change. The style library and supply-route comparison help distinguish garment availability, existing designs and development work.
Describe the product, market and important features. We can help turn the idea into material and structural choices, with a defined sample purpose before the first garment is made.
Bring the style, dimensions, material list and artwork. We review the proposed specification and identify questions that must be resolved before accurate production pricing and approval.
A library print offers a design starting point for a focused first order. Choose only the styles and print versions you need, then allocate sizes within each qualifying group. Existing designs do not merge several prints into one MOQ.
Standard fabric qualities are not limited to stock shades or existing artwork.
Choose how the 30 units are allocated across the approved sizes for each style and color.
Separate garment quantities from dedicated trim, label or packaging purchase requirements.
Approve the garment and retain the material, artwork and packing references before scaling.
| Term | Meaning for a first order |
|---|---|
| Style | The defined garment structure and approved version |
| Color | A distinct colorway or print associated with the style |
| Size | One approved size within that style and color |
| SKU | An identifiable style-color-size variant in this example |
| Sales unit | One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom pajama set |
Thirty units of a two-piece pajama style means 30 complete sets, not 15 sets. The minimum applies to each style and color; it is not a total that can be spread freely across unrelated products. Read the complete MOQ rules.
Suppose the range contains two pajama-set styles, each in three colors. Each style-color combination is ordered at 30 complete sets and includes four sizes.
| Calculation | Example result |
|---|---|
| 2 styles × 3 colors | 6 style-color combinations |
| 6 combinations × 30 sets | 180 complete sets |
| 2 styles × 3 colors × 4 sizes | 24 size-level SKUs |
The 24-SKU result assumes all four sizes are present in every style-color combination. The quantities need not be equal across sizes. Within one 30-set combination, an illustrative split of 6, 9, 9 and 6 sets totals 30; this is not a compulsory ratio.
The 180-unit worked example expands the allocation and production records. The quantity-planning resource provides another way to organize the proposed combinations.
Standard fabric qualities allow your own colors or prints; the policy is not restricted to existing stock shades. Cotton and cotton blends, alongside bamboo-derived regenerated-cellulose options, can be discussed for the intended garment.
A wholly new fiber formulation, special construction or dedicated process needs its own assessment. Brand-specific zippers, labels, printed bags and gift boxes may also carry separate purchase or setup requirements. Those lines are identified individually, with suitable alternatives or planned remaining quantities where relevant.
Choosing a common base fabric across compatible styles can help organize procurement. Each garment still has its own style-and-color minimum, pattern, size quantities and approval.
Agree the core structure, intended market, size group and material direction. A first sample has a stated purpose rather than an assumed blanket approval.
Assess fit, openings, appearance and the actual or substitute materials identified for that sample. Return one clear list of retained details, changes and unresolved questions.
Connect final materials, pattern, measurements, artwork, labels and packaging to the approved sample. Sampling support and the sample-approval guide explain the handover.
In a separate illustration, two styles in one color at 30 units per combination total 60 units. The two-style, three-color plan above totals 180 units. Reducing color count changes the total purchasing commitment and approval work; it does not automatically determine the garment's unit price.
Normal standard-fabric sampling is 7–10 working days and bulk 25–30 working days after the relevant inputs and conditions are confirmed. Review rounds, special materials, external tests and transport receive their own schedule. Lead-time planning keeps those stages visible.
A low-minimum private label sleepwear order still needs approved measurements, construction, material identity, labels, pack contents and the agreed inspection requirements. Smaller quantity does not remove the need to know which version is being produced.
After delivery, compare actual size and color demand separately from fit or quality feedback. Retain the approved material, artwork and garment records, then review current supply before repeating the order. Reorder support connects the first purchase to an informed next step.
Our separate sample-development line lets small-batch sleepwear and first sleepwear orders begin with an identified sample purpose. The normal standard-fabric sample minimum is one sales unit per style per color. A 200-unit trial used in selected complex development examples is not an additional condition for the standard 30-unit bulk offer.

No. It applies per style per color for standard fabric qualities. Multiple styles and colors create separate combinations that must be counted.
Yes, within the same style and color. Use your chosen quantities across the approved sizes; there is no fixed universal ratio.
No. Standard fabric qualities support your custom color or print. Artwork and its permitted use are defined for the project.
No. Trial quantities used in selected development examples do not replace the standard 30-unit minimum. Any extra validation is agreed for its specific purpose.
