Bring the assortment, production and shipment plan together. Jinshi is a wholesale sleepwear manufacturer and supplier in China, supporting distributors and volume buyers with custom ranges or identified current garment availability. We connect each style-color-size order line with its inspection, packing and agreed export handover.

Request the styles, colors, sizes and quantities currently available for the intended order. We identify any preparation needed for checking, relabeling or packing before dispatch.
Develop your colors or prints on established fabric qualities, with approved garments and size quantities. This route includes manufacture; fabric availability and garment stock remain separate information.
Coordinate several garment structures, colors and sizes through a shared order plan. The products can use common materials where appropriate while retaining their own specifications and production records.
The chosen route determines the next work. A stock selection, a private-label adjustment and a newly developed range should not share an assumed universal dispatch date.
Keep each style, color, size and sales unit visible even when several lines share a shipment.
Develop single-style cartons, assortments and delivery groups around the actual order.
Coordinate production readiness, inspector access, findings and the agreed release process.
Use consistent product descriptions, quantities and carton references throughout handover.
| Order field | What it must identify |
|---|---|
| Style and version | Approved construction and current product reference |
| Color or print | Exact colorway and artwork version |
| Sizes | Quantity for each approved size |
| Sales unit | Single garment, complete pajama set or expressly defined pack |
| Brand materials | Labels, hangtags, barcodes and packaging allocation |
| Delivery group | Destination, timing and associated cartons |
One complete top-and-bottom pajama set counts as one sales unit. Standard fabric qualities support custom colors or prints from 30 sales units per style per color, with mixed sizes. Larger quantities and price tiers are compared against the same specifications, pack content and delivery conditions.
A combined shipment can contain multiple product lines. It does not eliminate the need to identify the quantity and packing requirements for each style, color and size.
Use a clear size ratio or specified single-size arrangement, with quantities and carton numbering that connect to the packing list. The approved plan identifies whether colors may be combined.
Define which products, colors and sizes belong in each assortment. Repeated pack patterns are written as explicit contents, with any permitted variation agreed before packing.
For multiple destinations or releases, assign the goods and cartons to the correct group. Labels and packing lists must preserve that separation even when production is coordinated.
Carton dimensions and weights follow the actual product and package. A bulky robe, a layered sleep sack and a two-piece knit set do not share a universal carton capacity. Packaging and carton planning develops the required instructions.
The production plan connects approved materials, style files, quantities and packing instructions to the manufacturing schedule. Shared materials can be assessed for procurement, but each style retains its own construction and checking requirements.
We coordinate the agreed inspection scope and access for your team or a nominated third party. Findings are associated with the affected product and batch, with corrective work and recheck arrangements documented before release. Bulk-production management describes this handover, and equipment and capacity provides the factory context.
A published capacity figure is a manufacturing capability measure. Actual available production time for your order is confirmed through the current schedule.
The commercial invoice, packing list and transport information should use consistent product descriptions, quantities and sales units. Carton numbers, gross and net weights, package dimensions and delivery instructions are checked against the prepared shipment.
We coordinate the agreed export and transport documents, with the delivery term, named place and responsibilities stated in the project arrangement. Destination-market product documents are identified early enough to support the order. Shipping and export guidance explains the information needed for handover.
Normal standard-fabric bulk production is 25–30 working days after the relevant specifications, materials, approvals and payment conditions are confirmed. Sampling, special procurement, inspection arrangements and transit are planned as applicable; the final timetable reflects the whole order.
Our factory has 120+ total employees, 200+ pieces of equipment and six bulk production lines. Monthly capacity is 150,000+ sales units across Jinshi's range, counted as one single garment or one complete pajama set per unit. Wholesale pajama supply and bulk sleepwear orders are scheduled against the actual styles, materials and available production time.

We can assess a combined project, with separate supply status, quantities and preparation schedules. Shipment grouping is agreed once the actual readiness is understood.

We can coordinate defined delivery groups. Address, documentation, labeling, quantities and costs are confirmed for each group.
