Build the next part of your range with a manufacturing team that understands your existing product direction. Alongside our core baby and children's sleepwear, Jinshi supports custom adult pajamas, loungewear and selected daywear or activity apparel in China. We assess the actual garment brief and organize the design, material, sample and production work it needs.

Your reference, technical pack or an agreed design direction
Actual item, garment, pair or component list identified in the quote
Materials, dimensions, color or print, labels and packaging
Confirmed for the chosen products, inputs and assembly work
For applicable standard-fabric garments, the minimum is 30 sales units per style per color with mixed sizes. Accessories, loose textiles and broader gift packs have their order units and purchase conditions explicitly stated; a two-piece pajama set means one complete top-and-bottom pair.
Develop adult button-front or other selected tops with pants or shorts. Collars, piping, pockets, openings and adult fit receive their own specifications, whether the garment is a standalone product or part of a matching collection.
Pajama pants, home shorts, relaxed tops and coordinated lounge sets can be developed around a specific silhouette and use. We establish the actual unit and component list before comparing quantities or costs.
Adult sleep shirts, linen-gown directions, selected satin sets, camisole-and-shorts combinations and robes can be discussed within a dedicated brief. Material, support, closures and proportions are reviewed for the intended adult product.
Adult-specific structures are scoped separately from children's garments. Their availability for development does not imply that one children's pattern or specification covers them.
Adult sleepwear development, loungewear development and selected children's daywear extensions are available project routes. Children's daywear development and other apparel range extensions begin with a product-specific scope alongside our core sleepwear work.
Carry a material, print, color or finish into a new category while identifying which product requirements change.
Bring a concept, technical pack, reference garment or supplied material into a full or defined-part project.
Our bamboo-derived and cotton focus sits alongside other suitable fibers, constructions and blends.
Pattern, sampling, specialist operations and purchase needs are assessed against the actual extension.
Consider selected joggers, leggings, daywear sets or one-piece garments as companions to an existing brand range. The product description and pattern reflect the intended daytime use.
Thermal-underwear or base-layer directions can be developed with defined material, fit and layering objectives. These are separate product briefs rather than a thickness variation automatically added to sleepwear.
Selected partywear, hooded outer garments and jackets can be assessed against their construction, material and project needs. The sample and manufacturing route are established for the actual design.
| What you already have | Suitable discussion | Likely first output |
|---|---|---|
| An existing garment sample | Structure, material and fit assessment | Development differences and sampling brief |
| A complete technical pack | Manufacturing and material review | Questions, cost basis and sample scope |
| A visual concept | Design and product definition | Garment proposal and material directions |
| Approved materials only | Pattern, trim and production requirements | Responsibility and input list |
The manufacturing overview connects full development, private label, OEM/ODM and defined processing services. We can work on the complete project or an agreed part, with supplied materials and nominated suppliers assigned clear responsibilities.
Our main material directions include bamboo-derived regenerated cellulose and cotton or cotton blends. Other viscose and lyocell sources, modal, polyester, recycled synthetics, nylon, silk, wool, linen and appropriate blends remain part of the development range.
Use the fabric center to compare the relevant material families, then specify the actual composition, construction and finishing requirements. An adult satin robe, a cotton daywear set and a fitted base layer ask different questions of the fabric and seams.
Special performance objectives are documented as targets with relevant evaluation methods and evidence. A fiber name, visual reference or sample appearance does not establish medical, protective or environmental performance.

We agree the intended use, market, size range, fit, material and key details first. The next step produces the necessary pattern, material and construction samples for review. The final production record connects the approved dimensions, material list, artwork, trims, labels and packaging.
When extending an existing range, identify what should be retained: a print, color, fabric, particular finish or general visual style. Also identify what changes. Adult body proportions, daytime garment openings and activity-related fit are assessed independently rather than inherited from the original children's sleepwear.
An apparel extension can also require a different development schedule or purchase arrangement. We identify these differences in the project quote, including dedicated materials, specialist processing and any additional sample or testing work. Buyer solutions help match the collaboration route to your brand's stage.
Private label, OEM/ODM and defined processing services can be matched to the inputs your team already has. We coordinate artwork, labels and packaging with the agreed garment, and record any nominated material suppliers or specialist work. The quote identifies the scope, deliverables and schedule for the extension.

Our existing print library and customer-artwork service can support suitable additional apparel projects. Select the actual product use, fabric and design before carrying a sleepwear theme into a new garment.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Each extension receives its own material, construction and artwork review. A shared motif is a collection link, not permission to reuse another customer's design.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Jinshi's design, sample and manufacturing teams assess the extension before choosing its production route. Adult proportions, daywear openings and activity-related details receive their own pattern and construction review rather than inheriting a children's sleepwear specification.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For additional apparel, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
The multi-season supply example shows a way to distinguish repeat products, new colors and new development. Use that framework when an apparel extension shares brand assets but needs its own pattern, material or production decisions.
No. Adult sleepwear can be developed as a standalone project with its own design, fit, material and quantities.
Yes. The artwork can be coordinated, while construction, intended use, measurements and product information are developed for the new item.
Yes, within an agreed scope. We define material identity, quantity, quality, delivery timing, checks and responsibility before production.
No single schedule covers all structures. We assess the actual material, construction, development and production needs and identify the stage conditions.
Describe the product and its intended use, and include references, target sizes, market and approximate quantity. We can assess the development route and the work required.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
