Develop a sleep sack around the product your brand intends to sell: its openings, body space, layers and finished presentation. Jinshi is a baby sleep sack manufacturer in China, supporting non-weighted closed-bottom designs with custom materials, prints and private-label details. We connect the approved garment construction with its relevant testing and product information.

30 sleep sacks per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One sleep sack per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.

A continuous lower section provides the defining shape of this product family. Neckline, armholes, body width and lower-body space are developed together, with the selected closure integrated into that pattern.

A design with divided legs or ankle openings needs different crotch and leg measurements. Review sleep sacks with legs when that structure is part of your brief; it should not inherit a closed-bottom specification unchanged.
Our infant sleep-sack development is non-weighted. Product selection also includes clear use-stage and fit information; a product name or fabric feel cannot establish the complete instructions.
Infant sleep sacks are also described as baby sleeping bags, wearable blankets or sleeveless baby sleep bags when those terms match the actual design. This page covers non-weighted, closed-bottom sleep sacks; divided-leg products have their own specifications and page.
| Configuration | Procurement decisions |
|---|---|
| Single-shell or unfilled direction | Define the actual fabric construction, finished dimensions and intended product requirements. |
| Lined sleep sack | Specify shell and lining separately, including their wash behavior and how the layers are joined. |
| Padded or quilted direction | Identify filling, layer arrangement and quilting details; the finished product's thermal target is evaluated separately. |
| Sleeveless opening | Develop neck and armhole dimensions together with the selected size range and closure. |
| Front or side opening | Review the zipper or selected fastening route, internal protection and the access needed for that design. |
A printed sleep sack may use an all-over motif, a placement design or contrasting panels. “Cotton”, “bamboo-derived”, “lined” and “quilted” describe different material or construction decisions; none alone establishes a finished TOG value.
Outer fabric, lining, filling where selected, binding and closure are developed as parts of the same product.
Neckline, armhole and body measurements remain visible in the approved size chart and sample review.
Discuss a TOG objective, then select materials and relevant assessment for that exact construction.
Coordinate color, print and packing while keeping the final description and use information specific to the finished sack.
| Construction point | Decision to make | Sample focus |
|---|---|---|
| Neckline | Shape and finished measurement | Opening against the approved size specification |
| Armholes | Cut and edge finish | Finished dimensions and movement space |
| Lower body | Length and width distribution | Space within the closed-bottom shape |
| Zipper | Front or side path; selected direction | Operation, ends and protective details |
| Shoulder opening | Fixed seam or approved fastening | Overlap, attachment and finished opening |
We review these points on the complete sample. A change to the neck, armhole or shoulder fastening can affect the fit relationship, so it is recorded with the pattern and relevant size group.
Choose the actual fiber composition, fabric construction and color or print. Cotton, cotton blends and bamboo-derived regenerated-cellulose options can be considered where suitable for the design.
Identify the lining independently, including its composition and construction. Even when the outer and inner surfaces look similar, their material records and wash behavior need to be checked together.
For a selected layered or quilted project, specify the filling identity, arrangement and assembly. Stitching, binding and zipper sections form part of the finished product and remain visible in the development record.
| Product record | Material record | Validation record |
|---|---|---|
| Closed-bottom structure and closure | Outer, lining and any filling separately | Selected sample assembly and test conditions |
| Approved size group and openings | Composition and construction for each layer | Thermal-resistance result where tested |
| Quilt or seam layout where used | Material references and batch information | Wash observations and final care instructions |

A project may begin with a candidate target such as 0.5, 1.0, 2.5 or 3.5 TOG. These are development targets to discuss, not pre-assigned ratings for every available fabric or size. We select the layers, prepare the sample and arrange the relevant validation for that construction.
Fabric weight, filling weight and the number of layers are recorded separately. They do not provide a direct conversion into a verified finished-product TOG. The sleep-sack TOG development guide explains the distinction between a target, a report and product-use information.
The approval reviews neckline and armhole dimensions, body and lower-section space, the opening system and internal finishes. We assess the selected wash procedure on the material assembly and record any changes before finalizing the product description and care information.
Use-stage instructions must match the actual construction. For infant products, loose blankets and accessories do not belong in the sleep space. Product-safety support connects the design to the relevant market assessment and documents.
For standard-fabric projects, the MOQ is 30 sales units per style per color with mixed sizes; one sleep sack is one unit. Special filling, layering or other development is assessed separately. Normal standard-fabric sampling is 7–10 working days and bulk 25–30 working days after the stage's requirements and conditions are agreed; validation, review and shipping receive their own schedule.

Choose the outer fabric and artwork, then coordinate lining colors, binding, zippers and labels. We can compare individual retail bags, cards or other packaging with the actual folded product. Product naming, sizing and care or use information are prepared for the chosen construction, so the package and garment describe the same item. As your baby sleep sacks supplier, we keep approved product details and the actual supply route visible in the quotation and order record.

Choose an existing design or supply your own artwork for the sleep-sack outer fabric. Plain linings, contrast panels and coordinated prints can be compared as parts of the complete material plan.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Review the motif size on the body, the direction across the closure and any quilting. Print selection does not replace approval of the complete layers, dimensions and relevant testing.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
A layered sleep sack needs the cutting, assembly and closure operations to follow the same approved bill of materials. Our sample team develops that combination first; bulk instructions then identify each layer, the seam layout, openings and the relevant size group.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Our sleep sack manufacturing reviews the shell, lining, any filling, openings and dimensions as one assembly. As a baby sleep sack supplier, we connect your printed outer fabric to the approved construction and product-specific checks.
Wholesale sleep sack orders are defined by the actual style, size range, material layers and color or print version. A matching print can connect the collection, but it does not make different constructions or thermal targets one product specification.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For baby sleep sacks, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
A sleep sack may share a palette with a sleeper or gown while retaining its own layers, openings and validation plan. The newborn collection example shows the value of linking common design choices to separate product approvals.
Jinshi works with 300+ partner brands and has exported to 25 countries. We bring design, sample development, production and quality coordination into the same project conversation.
No. The target and validation must relate to the selected construction. A swatch can help choose the material, but it does not approve the completed assembly.
Yes. We specify both and review their interaction in the sample, including wash performance, seams and the finished feel.
It is a construction change. We assess the new pattern, material assembly and validation needs before treating it as an approved version.
We check the report's actual scope against the proposed product. A similar appearance or the same filling name is not enough to establish coverage.
Share the bottom structure, target size group, market, layer preferences and any thermal-resistance objective. Existing references are useful even if all specifications are not yet decided.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
