Give your baby sleeper a recognizable look and a well-developed fit. Jinshi manufactures custom baby sleepers and sleepsuits in China, with footed, footless or fold-over feet, selected zipper and snap openings, and your own fabric, print and private-label presentation. We turn your reference or technical pack into a sample with the details recorded by size.

30 sleepers per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One sleeper per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.
Jinshi works with 300+ partner brands and has exported to 25 countries. We support new collections and continuing supply with a team that connects product decisions to factory work.

An integrated foot section forms part of the garment. Specify foot length, depth, ankle shaping and the relationship to the leg. Any sole treatment belongs to that particular construction and size group.

A hemmed or cuffed opening leaves the feet uncovered. The cuff or hem must be considered when setting finished leg length; changing from a footed pattern requires more than removing the foot panel.

A convertible lower section can be turned over the foot. Review both positions in the sample and record the applicable sizes, overlap and finished opening. The feature is not automatically included throughout the range.
Footie pajamas and footed baby pajamas describe the foot structure; zipper sleepers describe the opening. Footless sleepers and baby sleepsuits can share other features, so both attributes stay visible in the style specification.
| Opening option | What we review |
|---|---|
| One-way zipper sleepers | The opening path, slider position, inner zipper guard and top protective flap. |
| Two-way zipper sleepers | The two-slider arrangement and intended access, with both positions checked on the sample. |
| Snap-front sleepers | Snap spacing, reinforcement, fastening direction and the complete opening route. |
A two-way zipper can be paired with enclosed, open or approved fold-over feet; it is not another foot type. Long or short sleeves, optional fold-over mitt cuffs, contrast binding and selected sole finishes are separate size-specific choices. Baby footies, footed sleepsuits and zip-up baby sleepers should be specified by both opening and foot configuration.
Select the foot construction, access route, cuff treatment and size-specific features together.
Our development team reviews torso, diaper, leg and foot measurements as parts of one garment.
Artwork is reviewed around the front opening, crotch, cuffs and feet rather than judged only on a large fabric swatch.
Begin at 30 sleepers per style per color on standard qualities, then retain the approved materials, pattern and details for future orders.
| Opening route | Development focus | Close-up to review |
|---|---|---|
| Full front zipper | Path, direction and finished opening | Upper end, lower stop and internal facing |
| Two-way zipper | Opening sequence and access from both ends | Both sliders and their protected positions |
| Angled front zipper | Body balance and access across the front | Curve, seam transitions and top guard |
| Snap opening | Position, spacing and attachment | Neck, front or crotch overlap |
A top guard and an internal zipper facing have different jobs and are specified separately. We check where the closure meets the neckline, body and crotch, and how the selected fabric sits alongside it. Review closure and trim development.
| Specification line | What belongs in the approved record |
|---|---|
| Feet | Enclosed, open or fold-over; relevant size group |
| Cuffs | Rib, plain finish or fold-over mitten configuration |
| Access | Exact zipper or snap arrangement |
| Protection | Guard and facing positions and materials |
| Measurement basis | Chart version, units and wash condition |
This matrix prevents a small-size photo from becoming a promise that every size has identical details. When you add a size or change a feature, we identify the pattern and sample work required.
A full-length sleeper needs clear body length, chest, sleeve, crotch and leg references. Footed versions also need foot measurements. We separate body references from finished-garment measurements and account for the approved diaper space within the pattern.
Fit review looks at the complete shape, including the relationship between torso length and leg length. Preterm or special newborn proportions require a dedicated brief. Pattern and size-grading support turns these decisions into controlled production measurements.
Bamboo-derived fabrics, cotton routes, modal and other suitable materials can be developed into distinct sleeper options. Select the complete fiber blend and construction, then match rib, binding and zipper tape to the chosen cloth.
Print placement needs attention at the front opening, crotch, feet and small cuffs. A repeat that looks balanced on a large panel may need another scale for an infant garment. We review the selected artwork on the actual base fabric and keep the print version with the material and pattern records.

The review covers the front and back silhouette, key measurements, opening operation, guards, foot and cuff positions, seams and the selected wash checks. Labels and packaging join the final approval scope. If an early pattern sample uses substitute cloth, its material differences remain identified until the production material is approved.
One sleeper is one sales unit. Standard fabric qualities support custom colors or prints from 30 sleepers per style per color, with mixed sizes; samples start from one unit per style per color. Normal sampling is 7–10 working days and bulk 25–30 working days after the relevant stage requirements and conditions are agreed. Review rounds, special development and shipping sit outside those production windows.
Send your reference, market and quantity idea. We agree the sample's purpose around body and diaper space, opening operation, guards, feet and cuffs.
Review the identified sample version, retain what works and return one set of comments on the changes needed.
Confirm the final materials, measurements, brand details and order breakdown before the bulk-production stage starts.
Build the style around a complete material and visual plan: main fabric, rib or binding, zipper tape, print, brand label and packing. Our private-label service can adapt an established design or develop a more specific configuration from your brief.
For wholesale purchasing, each style, color and size remains identifiable in the order and packing records. As your baby sleepers supplier, we keep approved product details and the actual supply route visible in the quotation and order record.

Browse our existing print designs or send a custom illustration for your baby sleepers. All-over repeats, small motifs and selected placement designs can be developed around the chosen fabric and opening.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Review the print around the front zipper, guard, crotch, sleeves and feet. Record any directional cutting or matching requirement rather than judging only a large fabric preview.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Sleeper production connects small pattern pieces with several trims and closure operations. Our sample and bulk teams work from the same approved configuration, including which sizes use fold-over mitts or feet, so those decisions reach the sewing and packing stages.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Baby sleeper manufacturing brings the foot configuration, opening, cuffs and print scale into one size-specific record. As a baby sleepsuit supplier, we develop the approved combination rather than assuming that a photograph defines every size and detail.
For wholesale baby sleepers, specify the foot and closure combination, print version and size quantities on each order line. Mix sizes within the qualifying style/color group; a selection of prints in the library is not a claim of finished-garment stock.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For baby sleepers, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
A construction-and-wash example shows how a development team can isolate the relationship between fabric, seams and finished measurements before choosing a revision. Use that method to frame the sleeper details you want to compare, without treating the example's figures as a promised result for your garment.
A factory discussion can move from the full garment to the details that matter: closure protection, tiny seams, material combinations and the approved size configuration.
The words describe different attributes. A footie can also have a zipper. Specify both the foot construction and the opening when comparing styles.
Yes. We list the approved cuff configuration by size group so the pattern, photographs and packing description remain consistent.
We can assess the sample and reference measurements, then prepare a pattern for review. The final decision uses the approved fit and actual material.
No. Direction, path and slider arrangement are separate specifications. We review the actual closure and its end treatments in the sample.
Yes. Use the style library to identify a reference, then tell us which feet, cuffs, fabric or opening you want to change.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
