Kids' Bathrobe and Hooded Towel Manufacturer

Build a coordinated after-bath range with the right structure for each product. Jinshi manufactures children's bathrobes and hooded towels in China, with custom materials, colors, embroidery and private-label presentation. A sleeved robe and a flat towel with a hood receive separate dimensions, construction and sample review, even when sold as a coordinated group.

Quantity and timing

Confirmed for the chosen products, inputs and assembly work

For applicable standard-fabric garments, the minimum is 30 sales units per style per color with mixed sizes. Accessories, loose textiles and broader gift packs have their order units and purchase conditions explicitly stated; a two-piece pajama set means one complete top-and-bottom pair.

Start with the Product Shape

Sleeved bathrobe

A robe has a garment body, sleeves and a defined front opening. Choose the collar or hood, length, cuff or hem treatment and suitable closure arrangement, then develop the fit around the selected size range.

Hooded towel or wrap

A towel structure is defined by its flat dimensions, hood construction and edge finish. It does not use a robe's sleeve, chest and body measurements, even when both products share the same material and color.

Fleece robe direction

A fleece robe can be discussed for a particular after-bath or lounge range. Confirm its intended purpose and actual material behavior through development; do not assume the absorbency or care profile of a terry towel.

Kids' robes and children's dressing gowns describe garment routes in this range. Baby hooded towels and hooded towel wraps use flat-panel dimensions and hood construction instead of a robe pattern.

Compare a hooded kids' bathrobe with a collared robe, and keep each garment separate from a baby hooded towel. Terry, waffle and fleece describe material constructions with different development considerations. Printed trim, a suitable printed panel or embroidery can coordinate the range without treating a textured towel as a smooth print base.

Why Choose Jinshi for Your Bathrobes And Hooded Towels

Two Product Routes, One Coordinated Look

Develop robes and towels with their own structures while matching colors and brand details.

Material Chosen for the Intended Use

Compare the actual terry, fleece or blend with the required hand, bulk and agreed performance objectives.

Embroidery in the Right Place

Approve artwork, backing and position on the robe or towel itself.

Packing Based on the Finished Product

Review the hood, sleeves, belt where used and folded bulk before setting retail and carton dimensions.

Compare the Material Routes

RouteWhat to specifyWhat to review on the sample
Cotton terryFull composition, construction and selected weightSurface, seams, feel and drying requirements
Other terry or blendsExact fiber blend and fabric referenceActual absorbency and care targets where required
Polyester fleeceFiber composition and surface finishBulk, appearance, warmth and intended use
Binding or contrast panelsMaterial identity, width and colorEdge fit and relationship to the main fabric

The terry, fleece and flannel material page separates these constructions. For your product, we compare the actual cloth against the brief and record the care procedure and any agreed performance checks. A surface description cannot replace the material specification.

Review Robe Details as Garment Construction

A hood and a collar create different neckline patterns. Sleeve and body lengths should include their finished edges; pockets, where selected, need their own position and attachment details. A tie or snap closure is specified for the chosen age group, use and market.

We check the front overlap, attachment points and any separate belt or fastening in the sample. The selected route should be clear in the garment description and packing instructions. Construction and trim support connects the design to a production-ready record.

Give Towels Their Own Dimension Plan

Hooded towel areaRequired information
Main panelFinished width and length, with measurement condition
HoodShape, depth, placement and attachment
EdgesBinding or hem width and corner treatment

Folded presentationFold sequence, label visibility and package dimensions

A towel sample should be viewed flat and folded. Review the hood seam, corners and any embroidery on both faces, including the backing and the feel of the finished attachment area.

Coordinate Appearance and Packing

Color can link robes and towels, but different material constructions need their own color approvals. A logo or motif is positioned for the specific garment or towel shape, with scale and placement recorded separately.

We approve the retail fold or gift presentation using actual samples. Terry, fleece, hoods and belts create different packed shapes, so the package and carton plan use the finished product rather than a generic size. Explore packaging and packing.

The quotation identifies each product, its order unit, sizes, colors and pack contents. A robe, a towel and a combined gift pack remain distinct lines. Special material, embroidery and packaging requirements are assessed within that scope.

Make It Your Brand

Coordinate the color group and logo treatment, then choose separate or gift presentation. Embroidery is sized and placed for each product rather than copied to the same coordinates. Brand labels, packing contents and barcodes where used identify whether the buyer receives a robe, a towel or an expressly defined combination.

Patterned Details for Robes and Hooded Towels

Use our print library or your own artwork when developing suitable printed panels, trims or smooth fabric sections. Embroidery and textured fabric options remain available where they better fit the selected design.

Choose an Existing Design

Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.

Use Your Own Artwork

Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.

We compare the chosen method with the actual fabric surface. A looped terry base does not reproduce every fine detail in the same way as a smooth garment fabric.

Made in Our Jiangmen Factory

Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.

Robe sewing follows an approved garment pattern, while hooded towels follow their own cutting, hood and edge instructions. Our sample line establishes these differences before bulk production, and the packing team uses the approved fold for each product.

Robe and towel manufacturing uses different measurement and construction plans. As your children's after-bath product supplier, we coordinate color and branding while keeping garment dimensions separate from flat towel dimensions.

For wholesale bathrobes and hooded towels, define the material, hood or collar, dimensions, branding and pack contents. Printed panels, woven textures and embroidery are compared as different development choices on the selected base.

Quality Checks for the Product You Approve

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For bathrobes and hooded towels, the review focuses on the details that define the product:

  • Review robe measurements or towel and hood dimensions using the correct specification.
  • Inspect hems, bindings, hood attachment, closures and selected embroidery from both sides.
  • Assess the actual material against agreed care and relevant performance requirements.

We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Let Product Bulk Guide the Pack

Development example

The packaging comparison example provides a way to compare materials, presentation and cost with a fixed set of product assumptions. A bulky robe or hooded towel requires its own folded sample and dimensions before that comparison can become a quote.

After-Bath Product Questions

Is a hooded towel the same as a baby bathrobe?

No. A hooded towel has a flat panel and hood; a robe has a fitted garment body and sleeves. They need different measurement and construction records.

Can a fleece robe replace a terry robe without development?

We review the change against the intended use, bulk, measurements and care requirements. The two materials should not be treated as identical because the outline is similar.

Can the robe and towel use the same embroidery?

They can share the artwork. Placement, size, backing and the effect on each actual material are reviewed separately.

Can a belt be replaced by snaps?

We can assess that option for the selected product and size group. Closure, overlap and attachment changes need sample approval.

Do you develop adult companion robes?

Yes, as an additional apparel project. Adult proportions and details are specified independently from the children's garment.

Can Jinshi supply bathrobes and hooded towels under our own brand?

Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.

Can we choose an existing print instead of supplying artwork?

Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
