Build a two-piece range that feels like your brand, from the first neckline sketch to the final packed set. Jinshi is a children's pajama manufacturer in Jiangmen, China, producing long and short sets with custom fabrics, prints, fit and private-label details. We develop children's pajama sets with the top and bottom together so the collection is ready to sample, sell and reorder.

30 complete sets per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One complete set per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.
Jinshi works with 300+ partner brands and has exported to 25 countries. We support new collections and continuing supply with a team that connects product decisions to factory work.

A crew-neck top with a rib neckline and cuffs can pair with cuffed or straight-leg pants. Compare body and rib samples together, then choose the waistband construction and intended fit for your market.

Build a warm-season direction around the selected lightweight fabric construction, sleeve opening and shorts length. Side seams, leg openings and waistband depth deserve their own sample review; shortening a winter style does not complete the development.

Pair a short-sleeve pajama top with full-length pants when that combination fits your assortment. Record sleeve length, inseam, leg finish and the complete pair in the style file so the sample and size chart describe the same set.

Develop a button-front top with an appropriate collar and coordinated pants or shorts. A collar describes the garment structure; the selected material may follow a suitable knitted or woven route. Piping position and thickness are approved separately from the main seams.

A long-sleeve pajama top and pajama shorts create a separate pairing. Develop the sleeve finish and shorts proportions together, then confirm fabric, print balance and the sizes required for that combination.
For brands buying children's two-piece pajamas or kids' pyjama sets, the important starting point is the same: an approved top-and-bottom combination with your own size and brand specifications.
For boys', girls' or unisex collections, define the actual styling and measurements rather than treating the audience label as a separate construction. Solid colors, all-over prints, chest graphics and contrast trims can be combined with the structures above.
Begin with 30 complete sets per style per color on standard fabric qualities, including your custom color or print. Allocate those sets across your chosen sizes.
We develop neckline, cuffs, waistband and pants as a coordinated pair, with separate measurements for each garment and one approved set reference.
Move beyond a logo change with your own fabric direction, print scale, fit, labels and retail presentation.
Keep the approved top, bottom, artwork and packing records connected, then adjust size quantities when you replenish.
| Detail | Choice to make | What the sample should show |
|---|---|---|
| Neckline | Main-fabric binding, rib or selected collar | Finished shape and opening |
| Sleeve finish | Plain hem, rib cuff or decorative finish | Sleeve length with the finish included |
| Waistband | Elastic width, casing and attachment | Relaxed measurement and agreed extension |
| Pant hem | Straight, cuffed or shorts opening | Finished leg shape and length |
| Set coordination | Shared or complementary material and color | Top, pants and trim viewed together |
We check where materials meet: a rib cuff, elastic waistband or piping can change the appearance of the surrounding fabric. The approved sample captures these combinations, with component identities retained in the bill of materials. Explore trims and construction.
Bamboo-derived fabrics offer viscose/rayon, lyocell and blend routes. Cotton and cotton blends support options from jersey and interlock to selected woven constructions. The full composition, construction and weight are selected for the project, rather than inferred from a collection name.
For a warm-season set, compare the actual cloth in the finished sleeve and shorts structure. For a rib style, review extension and recovery at the body and openings. A knit top paired with woven pants needs separate fabric and fit decisions for each half of the set.

| Top measurements | Bottom measurements |
|---|---|
| Chest and body length | Waist relaxed and agreed stretched measurement |
| Shoulder and sleeve length | Hip, rise and inseam |
| Neck and sleeve openings | Thigh, leg opening and overall length |
Age labels organize the range; the measurement chart controls production. We develop grading around your chosen size system and review the selected fabric after the agreed wash procedure. Fit direction and destination-market requirements are considered together before the specifications are frozen. Plan patterns and grading.
Custom colors, repeats, placement prints, labels and packaging can then be coordinated with that approved structure. Keep artwork dimensions and placement references attached to the correct top or bottom so a revision reaches the intended piece.
One top plus one bottom is one sales unit. For standard fabric qualities with custom colors or prints, bulk starts at 30 complete sets per style per color, with mixed sizes. A sample starts at one complete set per style per color. Separately purchased tops or bottoms have their own order lines; see pajama separates.
Normal sampling is 7–10 working days and normal bulk production is 25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects. The relevant stage starts from its agreed requirements, materials, approvals and payment conditions. Sample review, special development and transport are scheduled separately. The MOQ guide explains combinations in more detail.
Send your reference, market and quantity idea. We agree the sample's purpose around the top-and-bottom combination, waistband, fit and artwork on both pieces.
Review the identified sample version, retain what works and return one set of comments on the changes needed.
Confirm the final materials, measurements, brand details and order breakdown before the bulk-production stage starts.
For wholesale pajama-set orders, list each style and color or print version with its size mix. The standard minimum is 30 complete sets per style per color; wholesale purchasing here can be made to order and does not mean every displayed set is stocked.
Use an all-over print, a placement graphic, contrast rib or piping to make the set recognizable. We coordinate garment labels, care and size information, hangtags and retail packing around the complete pair.
Your quote can distinguish garment, label and packaging costs so you can compare a simple first presentation with a more developed retail pack. As a pajama-set supplier for brands and wholesale buyers, we keep the garment version, set contents and packing requirements connected to each quoted order line.

Choose a design from our existing print library or provide your own pajama artwork. Develop an all-over set, a placement-print top with plain pants, or a coordinated mix of prints, with the top and bottom recorded as one approved pair.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Compare the repeat on both pieces, the chest graphic size and any contrast cuffs or piping. A print that works on a large top also needs a useful scale on the smallest shorts or sleeves.

Our production team carries the paired-garment brief through cutting, sewing, inspection and packing. Set matching is part of the workflow, so a top and its intended bottom stay connected by style, color and size.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |

Our pajama-set manufacturing keeps top and bottom measurements, print versions and packing quantities together. As your kids' pajama supplier, we can work from a selected base style or your own design, then retain the approved pairing for repeat orders.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For pajama sets, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
An illustrative first-order plan uses two set styles, three colors per style and 30 sets per style-color combination: 180 complete sets, or 360 individual garments. Four sizes in every combination create 24 SKUs. The example shows how a varied collection can retain an understandable buying and packing plan.
Product development is also a working relationship. Buyer feedback can show how sample decisions, communication and repeat orders come together.
Yes. We record both materials and review their color relationship, care requirements and combined presentation. Each piece remains identifiable within the set specification.
Tell us the intended combination. A mixed-size set needs an explicit component and packing rule; it is different from mixing complete set sizes within a style and color.
No. We assess the collar, opening and piping against the actual fabric. A knitted option and a woven option require their own construction and fit review.
No fixed ratio is required. Allocate the 30 sets across the approved sizes for that style and color, then confirm the packing list.
Yes, through a defined revision or additional style. The new combination needs its own measurements, quantity and sample scope before manufacture.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
