Bring the shape, material and intended use of your swaddle into one development plan. Jinshi is a baby swaddle manufacturer in China, supporting flat textile wraps, shaped constructions and clearly specified transition designs for private-label brands. We coordinate fabric, print, openings and closures with the product information that accompanies the finished item.

For applicable standard-fabric garments, the minimum is 30 sales units per style per color with mixed sizes. Accessories, loose textiles and broader gift packs have their order units and purchase conditions explicitly stated; a two-piece pajama set means one complete top-and-bottom pair.

A flat cloth is specified by its dimensions, material, layer count and edge finish. It needs its own use instructions; a generous rectangle and a shaped wearable product are not interchangeable specifications.

A shaped body or wrapping panel introduces dedicated openings and closures. We define panel overlap, arm position, body dimensions and lower-body space, then assess the actual sample in its intended configuration.

An arms-up shape or adjustable arm arrangement is developed with explicit restrictions and opening positions. The transition name does not establish a universal stage of use. Each configuration must be described and assessed on its own terms.
Swaddle wraps, swaddle pods and transition swaddles describe different configurations. Muslin swaddles add a fabric-construction description; we specify the actual fiber, layers and product shape separately.
Within flat wraps, compare a muslin swaddle blanket with a stretch-knit swaddle wrap, recording the actual fiber, construction, dimensions and edges. Shaped zipper or wrapping-panel designs remain separate specifications. Solids, small repeats and matching prints are appearance choices across suitable bases, not different use instructions.
Flat, shaped and adjustable configurations are developed with their own dimensions and fastening requirements.
Review selected gauze, knits and blends in the actual edge, panel and closure construction.
Coordinate wraps and selected newborn garments while retaining separate product and use information.
The configuration, size range and relevant use-stage instructions remain connected through approval.
The American Academy of Pediatrics advises stopping swaddling when a baby first shows signs of trying to roll. This also applies to wearable designs that compress the arms, chest or body. We use the actual construction to frame the development discussion, rather than relying on a fixed age or a “transition” label.
The project brief therefore identifies what movement the design allows, its intended size range, how the fastening works and what instructions accompany each configuration. Those details stay connected as the pattern and product information develop.
| Feature | What is specified | Review focus |
|---|---|---|
| Upper opening | Neck position and finished edge | Relationship to the approved body shape |
| Arm configuration | Position, space and any changeable arrangement | Each intended configuration separately |
| Wrap or closure | Overlap, fastening route and attachment | Closed and open sample positions |
| Lower body | Width, shape and room for bent legs | Space created by the actual pattern |
| Size information | Garment dimensions and selected size labels | Clear measurement basis and use range |
For wrap designs, inspect the shape with panels open and closed. The construction record includes where parts meet, where material overlaps and how the selected cloth behaves in that assembly. The result is a pattern that can be reviewed and manufactured consistently.
Muslin and gauze, cotton knits and suitable regenerated-cellulose or blended materials can be assessed according to the product brief. The full composition, construction and layer count are recorded, with actual samples used to compare the finish and feel.
A flat wrap needs clear finished dimensions and edge treatment. A shaped garment also needs seam and closure decisions. We review the selected wash procedure, dimensional changes and attachment details before confirming care information. A shared print can coordinate with a newborn range while each item keeps its own specifications.

The product name, size information and imagery need to match the configuration being sold. Flat wraps, shaped swaddles and unrestricted wearable designs should be easy to tell apart. A loose baby blanket is a separate product with its own intended use.
Infant use instructions should align with current guidance: back positioning for sleep and a sleep space without loose bedding or soft objects. We coordinate the relevant product information with the actual design and destination market, and direct detailed review to the appropriate product specialists.
Sampling starts from your product reference, selected use stage and target market. Material, pattern, closures and instructions are reviewed as identifiable parts of the project; special development and required assessments receive their own schedule.
Develop original or authorized repeats and color groups, then approve them on the selected base fabric. We can coordinate brand labels, printed instructions and individual or gift presentation with the actual contents. A wrap and a shaped garment may share artwork while retaining distinct product descriptions and component records. As your swaddles supplier, we keep approved product details and the actual supply route visible in the quotation and order record.

Explore existing print designs for a flat or shaped swaddle project, or bring your own repeat artwork. The selected design is matched to the actual muslin, stretch knit or other approved base.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Compare motif scale, edge finishing and panel overlap. A print on a flat wrap and the same theme on a shaped swaddle need separate views and approval references.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
For a flat wrap, production focuses on dimension control, edges and print orientation. A shaped swaddle adds patterns, panels, seams and closures. Our sample team establishes the required route before the bulk production instructions are issued.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Swaddle manufacturing starts with the actual flat or shaped construction and its intended use. As a baby swaddle supplier, we connect material, dimensions, closures and artwork to the selected product, rather than using one instruction set for every wrap.
Wholesale swaddle quantities are organized by the defined style and color or print version. Flat muslin wraps, stretch wraps and shaped designs may share artwork but retain separate product specifications and order lines.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For swaddles, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
Our coordinated-print example shows how one design direction can be adapted to different garment shapes and bases. The same planning method helps a swaddle range keep repeat size, edge placement and brand presentation specific to each product.
The name cannot answer that. Any configuration that functions as a swaddle requires the corresponding stop-use guidance. We assess the actual arm and body restrictions when developing the product information.
Yes. We prepare separate specifications for dimensions, construction, closures and use instructions, then coordinate the artwork and colors.
No. Arm position and restriction are different questions. The sample and its instructions must show how the design actually functions.
Send open and closed reference views, target dimensions if available, material direction and the intended fastening. Explain which configuration the customer will use.
Yes, with clear component identification and separate instructions. Newborn collection development coordinates the range without treating every item as having the same use.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
