Connect your baby collection with a well-specified blanket or textile wrap. Jinshi is a baby blanket manufacturer in China, developing single-layer, muslin or gauze and lined constructions with custom dimensions, prints and private-label presentation. We build the product around its agreed supervised-use or gift purpose, material and finished edges.

For applicable standard-fabric garments, the minimum is 30 sales units per style per color with mixed sizes. Accessories, loose textiles and broader gift packs have their order units and purchase conditions explicitly stated; a two-piece pajama set means one complete top-and-bottom pair.

A single-layer direction starts with the selected cloth, finished dimensions and edge treatment. Review the fabric face, reverse, print and hem so the specification describes the full item rather than only its main image.

Choose the actual composition and woven construction, then define layer count and finished size. A gauze name alone does not tell you how many layers the product contains or what its care instructions should be. Explore muslin and gauze.

Specify the outer and reverse materials separately. The seam, turning opening, edge finish and relationship between layers become part of the sample review and final construction notes.

Carry a garment's print or palette into a separate textile component. Choose the artwork scale and folded presentation deliberately, with the blanket's own use description retained in the set.
Muslin baby blankets, gauze baby blankets and lined baby blankets describe different material or construction routes. This page covers loose textile products; wearable sleep sacks and shaped swaddles have separate specifications.
Baby receiving blankets and receiving wraps can use suitable single- or multilayer cloths. A reversible baby blanket gives both faces a defined material and appearance; a printed baby blanket adds an artwork specification. Confirm the intended loose-textile use and finished size rather than treating these names as proof of sleep suitability.
Record finished size, wash condition, layer count and edge details before comparing alternatives.
Hem width, binding, corners and the reverse finish form part of the sample approval.
Review artwork unfolded and in the retail fold, with its own scale and orientation.
Connect the blanket to garments through print or color while retaining its own intended use and component record.
| Specification | What to define | Approval reference |
|---|---|---|
| Finished dimensions | Length, width and measurement condition | Flat measurement record |
| Shape | Square, rectangular or agreed outline | Pattern or cutting specification |
| Material | Fiber composition, construction and layer count | Approved fabric references |
| Edges | Hem, binding or selected finish | Corner and edge sample |
| Repeat or placement, face and direction | Approved artwork and fabric print | |
| Packing | Fold, label and retail presentation | Complete packed sample |
Finished dimensions need to state the wash condition used for approval. We compare the selected materials and edge construction through the agreed care procedure, then record the finished appearance and measurement observations.
A blanket's perimeter is a visible part of the product. We define hem or binding width, corner treatment, seam position and the way the reverse is finished. Where two materials meet, the sample review checks their alignment and behavior as a combined item.
For a printed wrap, artwork direction and edge placement affect how the design appears unfolded and in its retail fold. We review both views, including whether the main motif is visible in the proposed pack. Any decorative attachment requires its own assessment for the item and market.
Baby wraps and blankets are loose textile products. They are not a substitute for a wearable sleep sack, and a flat blanket should not be described as a shaped swaddle or transition design.
Infant sleep guidance calls for keeping loose blankets out of the sleep space, including lightweight or tucked-in items. We describe the product for its agreed supervised-use or gift purpose and keep photography consistent with that description.
The development brief should identify the intended user, market and use scenario before labels and packaging are approved. A retail gift group may contain products with different uses, which remain individually identified.
A shared palette or print can connect the blanket to a gown, bodysuit or sleeper. Actual fabrics and care instructions may still differ. We approve the blanket's own material and structure, then review its relationship to the apparel and the assembled presentation.
For newborn gift sets, the component list records the blanket, garments, accessories and packaging separately. The fold and layer bulk determine the package fit; box dimensions should be checked using the real assembled contents.
Send your target dimensions, layer preference, reference fabric, color or print direction and intended pack. We will identify the sample and supply requirements for the project, including any dedicated material or packaging purchases. A blanket quantity or multipiece pack is defined explicitly in the quotation rather than inferred from a garment minimum.
Choose a large repeat, placement layout or complementary solid, then coordinate labels and a retail band, bag or box. The final packed sample shows the item actually supplied, with its fold and bulk reflected in the package dimensions. A blanket included in a newborn gift retains its own product description and use information. As your baby blankets and wraps supplier, we keep approved product details and the actual supply route visible in the quotation and order record.

Choose a library design or provide artwork for your baby blanket or receiving-wrap project. Consider an all-over print, a coordinated reverse or an appropriate placement design on the selected cloth.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Large textile areas show the repeat differently from a baby garment. Review both faces, any joins and the folded presentation; a digital design is not a statement of printed-fabric stock.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Blanket manufacture connects material preparation, cutting dimensions and long edge operations. Our sample team approves corners, binding and any layered assembly before bulk work follows that reference, including the agreed folding and package arrangement.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Our baby blanket manufacturing records both fabric faces, dimensions, layers and edge construction. As your blanket and wrap supplier, we review the printed textile and its folded presentation together when the product is supplied as part of a collection.
Wholesale baby blanket orders can follow selected single-layer, lined or gauze constructions. Identify each print version, finished size and pack specification; a loose blanket is not sold as the same product as a wearable sleep sack.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For baby blankets and wraps, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
Our packaging worked example compares two presentations using a defined product and cost basis. Apply the same method to the blanket's actual folded size, protection needs and brand presentation before choosing a pack.
Yes. We record both materials and review the assembled sample, including edge construction and the selected wash procedure.
No. The actual fiber composition and number of layers are recorded separately for the product. The fabric-construction name is only part of the specification.
Yes, as a separately identified gift component with its own use information. The grouping does not make it an infant sleep-space item.
We can measure the reference and establish the intended measurement condition. The approved specification then defines the production dimensions and checks.
Yes. The blanket's larger surface and folded display often need their own artwork layout. We approve that version separately.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
