Create an all-in-one pajama with its own shape, opening and brand character. Jinshi is a children's one-piece pajama manufacturer in China, developing older-kids' proportions alongside fabric, closure and finish choices. We work from your technical pack or a reference design and carry the approved garment into private-label production.

30 one-piece garments per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One one-piece garment per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.

A continuous body with rib wrist and ankle finishes creates a clear outline. We establish the finished lengths with cuffs included, then review the body and cuff combination in the selected fabric.

A less gathered ankle changes the silhouette and the amount of fabric around the lower leg. Hem width, leg length and intended fit are specified together, with the opening checked on the sample.

Rib, waffle or an approved printed fabric can give the same broad product type a different appearance. The pattern is assessed in that material; texture and stretch are not substitutes for a measurement chart.
These are development directions. Each chosen design receives its own version, measurements and size-specific details rather than combining every option into one universal style.
Kids' all-in-one pajamas and children's one-piece pyjamas describe this continuous garment structure. Kids' one-piece sleepwear is developed around the intended proportions and practical opening. Infant sleepsuits and daytime jumpsuits follow their own product development routes.
| Decision | Options to compare |
|---|---|
| Opening | Selected zipper or snap arrangements, including the protection and access required for the design. |
| Sleeves and legs | Long- or short-sleeve directions, with finished leg length and cuffed or hemmed openings specified separately. |
| Fabric appearance | Plain jersey, ribbed pajamas, waffle texture or a selected printed fabric; each retains its actual fiber composition. |
| Collection use | An everyday sleepwear range, a holiday print or a coordinated sibling collection using separately approved sizes. |
Develop torso, rise and leg relationships around the intended size range instead of enlarging an infant pattern.
Review dressing and bathroom access alongside the front shape and closure finish.
Compare rib, waffle, printed knits and other suitable fabrics in the actual one-piece silhouette.
Mix approved sizes within 30 garments per style per color on standard fabric qualities, including custom colors or prints.
The front opening affects dressing and bathroom access as well as appearance. We compare an appropriate zipper or snap route, identify the opening length and check how the neckline and front finish behave when fastened and open.
A closure review includes the slider or snaps, the upper-end treatment, any internal facing and the adjoining fabric. The intended user's age and the destination market inform the development brief. Baby-specific diaper access is covered on the baby sleeper page.
| Area | Question for development | Approval reference |
|---|---|---|
| Torso | Is there enough body length for the intended fit? | Body and crotch measurements |
| Shoulder and sleeve | Does the sleeve sit correctly as size changes? | Shoulder, armhole and sleeve chart |
| Hip and rise | How does the garment accommodate sitting and bending? | Hip and rise specifications |
| Leg | Where should the hem or cuff finish? | Inseam, total length and opening |
| Closure | Can the chosen opening serve the intended use? | Finished opening and operating sample |
Children's and teen size extensions are developed through grading and sample review. They are not an infant pattern enlarged proportionally. Explore pattern and size development for the measurements and review process behind the finished range.
A rib-knit direction needs review of the body silhouette, cuff fit and recovery after the agreed handling and wash procedure. Cotton and cotton blends, bamboo-derived regenerated-cellulose options and other suitable materials can also be compared.
We keep the full composition, construction and fabric weight with the pattern record. The selected zipper tape, binding and rib are checked alongside the body fabric. This gives the sample review specific objects to assess instead of relying on a general description such as “stretchy” or “soft.”
Artwork can run across the body or sit in selected locations. Review the front opening, side seams and cuffs before approving the final repeat or placement size. A large graphic may require different positioning across the range.

Agree the intended fit, market, approved size groups, closure, fabric and artwork before freezing the style. The final sample review brings measurements, appearance, seams, opening operation, wash observations and label placement together. The product-safety route connects that finished design to relevant market checks.
For standard fabric qualities with custom colors or prints, the minimum is 30 one-piece garments per style per color, with mixed sizes. Each garment is one sales unit. Samples start at one unit per style per color; special materials or structures are assessed with their own development requirements.
Send your reference, market and quantity idea. We agree the sample's purpose around torso, rise, sleeve and leg proportions together with dressing access.
Review the identified sample version, retain what works and return one set of comments on the changes needed.
Confirm the final materials, measurements, brand details and order breakdown before the bulk-production stage starts.
Choose a quiet solid color, a textured fabric or a recognizable print, then coordinate the zipper, cuffs and labels. Placement artwork is sized for the continuous body panel and reviewed where the opening interrupts the image. Each garment is packed as one identified sales unit, with its own size and product description.

Select a library print, adapt a suitable design or bring your own artwork for kids' all-in-one pajamas. A repeat motif, chest graphic or coordinated panel design can give the continuous garment its own identity.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Compare the print through the torso and legs, with the opening and cuff sections shown. Rib or waffle texture is assessed with the chosen print process rather than treated as a separate artwork category.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
The pattern and sample teams resolve the body-to-leg relationship before bulk cutting. Our sewing team then follows the approved opening, seam and cuff arrangement, with size-specific details carried through to the inspection record.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Our one-piece pajama manufacturing connects body length, sleeve length, leg shape and opening access before grading. As your children's one-piece sleepwear supplier, we retain those decisions with the approved fabric and print for later production.
Wholesale all-in-one pajama orders can use your own artwork or a library print. Confirm the selected style, color or print version and sizes before costing; a different garment configuration remains a separate style.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For one-piece pajamas, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
An approved one-piece can form the starting point for new colors or a seasonal print. Our multi-season planning example shows how retained product records and material decisions can support a wider range while keeping revisions visible.
Yes, with a review of proportions and construction. We identify where a new pattern block or additional fitting work is needed instead of assuming uniform enlargement.
Tell us the intended structure. A footed or convertible version adds measurement and construction decisions and needs its own sample review.
Define the intended use before development and labeling. For hooded outerwear and daytime all-in-ones, see additional apparel.
No. Actual dimensions, material behavior and the relevant product requirements determine the approved fit. A fabric name does not establish the finished garment's classification.
A reference image, size chart if available, market and preferred opening are useful. Include any concerns about torso length, dressing or the fit of an existing garment.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
