Create an organic cotton sleepwear range with a product story your team can support. Jinshi is an organic cotton pajama manufacturer in China for baby and children's brands, combining garment development, custom colors or prints and private-label production. We connect the selected material, trims and intended claim with the relevant product and order records.

30 sales units per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One sample of the selected single garment or complete pajama set per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.

Organic cotton baby sleepwear can include a sleeper with approved feet, cuffs and access. We review the actual body fabric, zipper or snaps, binding and labels as parts of one garment.

A two-piece set needs separate top and bottom measurements, plus coordinated neckline, cuffs and waistband details. The organic cotton specification is linked to the complete material list rather than the collection name alone.

A knotted, elastic-hem or plain gown direction can be assessed in the selected organic cotton construction. The lower opening and neck access receive their own fit and wash review.

Suitable companion products can share the palette or fabric. Their actual components, uses and documentation are reviewed individually before they join the branded collection.
Jersey, interlock, rib, pointelle, gauze and suitable woven directions can be compared for the selected products. Availability and development status depend on the exact material specification.
Organic children's pajamas and organic cotton kids' pyjamas describe the garment direction. Organic cotton baby sleepers are one product option; the selected material and finished-product claim are reviewed for each item.

Extend the organic cotton range with a gathered nightgown, collared direction or longer sleep shirt. Choose the fabric and silhouette together; sleeve lengths and decorative details stay specific to the chosen garment.

A suitable organic cotton fabric can form a sleep-sack shell or another specified component. Identify lining, filling and other materials separately, and assess the complete product rather than inferring its performance from the main fiber.
Plain, ribbed, pointelle, printed and other suitable fabric directions can be compared within the organic cotton collection. A family or seasonal program can reuse selected artwork across products, while garment specifications and order groups remain separate.
Choose the sleepwear styles and constructions first, then identify the organic-content and documentation objective.
Body fabric, rib, elastic, closures, thread and labels remain identifiable in the material list.
Coordinate print, color and private-label presentation with the approved material and product scope.
Retain fabric references, garment files and relevant order records before adding a new color, size or season.
| Decision | What is established | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Fiber composition | Full percentage breakdown | Defines what the fabric contains |
| Organic content | The documented organic portion | Supports the specific material description |
| Product certification claim | Applicable supply-chain and product scope | Determines the claim and labeling route |
Organic cotton in a fabric does not automatically make every finished garment GOTS-certified. GOTS connects organic-fiber requirements with the relevant processing and product chain. We align the planned claim with the actual material, production scope and documentation rather than extending one record across an entire collection.
For the underlying fabric options, see organic cotton materials. For the certification and documentation distinction, use GOTS and OCS support.
The body fabric is only one part of a sleeper or pajama set. Rib, elastic, zipper tape, sewing thread, printed labels, decorative details and packaging are identified for the actual product. Their role and relevant requirements are reviewed within the project.
If the chosen organic cotton is blended with another fiber, the complete composition stays visible. We compare the actual cloth against the intended silhouette, feel, printing and care requirements. A material's organic status does not replace fit review or establish a particular wash result.

Approve the fabric identity, composition, construction, color and supplier reference. Identify which organic or other product claims the project intends to use before final labels are designed.
Inspect the actual structure, measurements, trims, print and selected wash checks. If an early sample uses a substitute fabric, its approval is limited to the purpose recorded for that sample.
Align final material descriptions, labels, packaging and the required order documents with the approved garment. The supporting record should identify the relevant product and scope, not merely display a familiar logo.
We provide the organic-related material and documentation support within the agreed project, with certificate identities, coverage and order-specific records matched to their actual use.
A core sleeper and children's set can share a palette while using different cotton constructions. A gown or accessory can follow once its dimensions, use and material choice are clear. Responsible material collections helps compare organic, recycled and other material objectives across the range.
For standard fabric qualities, custom colors or prints start at 30 sales units per style per color, with mixed sizes. One complete top-and-bottom pajama set is one unit; a single garment is one unit. A special material, new formulation or dedicated packaging route is assessed separately with its required documents and development work.
Your brand can choose the silhouette, color, artwork and packaging while retaining the actual material information. We provide GOTS and OCS-related support matched to the project's product and supply-chain scope. Labels and promotional descriptions are prepared around that approved route, with the full fiber composition visible where required.

Choose an existing design or supply your own artwork for the selected organic cotton range. We connect artwork, base cloth and the proposed printing route before reviewing the finished garment.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Material documentation and the scope of the intended claim are reviewed with the relevant processing and components. Choosing a library print does not itself certify the final printed garment.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Our garment team develops organic cotton on the same practical basis as the finished product: pattern, actual fabric, trims and appearance. The relevant sourcing and documentation references remain connected to those production decisions as the approved style moves into bulk manufacture.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Organic cotton pajama manufacturing connects the selected materials, construction, print and supporting documents. As your organic cotton sleepwear supplier, we identify the relevant components and processing steps rather than relying on the collection name alone.
For wholesale organic cotton pajamas, confirm the garment, complete composition, print route and required documentation before sample approval. Quantities and packing follow the defined style and color or print groups.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For organic cotton pajamas, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
The multi-season planning example shows how product files, material references and order decisions can be retained between releases. For an organic cotton range, the relevant claim and document scope join those records before a repeat or extension is approved.
Jinshi works with 300+ partner brands across a range of product and sourcing objectives. We connect material discussions with garment development, factory execution and the documents relevant to the order.
The full composition depends on the chosen fabric and intended claim. Blended options need clear percentages and appropriate documentation; the word organic does not replace the fiber breakdown.
Yes. Each fabric has its own reference, construction and approval. We coordinate appearance while keeping the material records distinct.
Plan the intended claim early. The final product, supply chain and labeling requirements must support that use; a fabric selection alone does not establish it.
No. Product requirements, performance checks and fit approval address different questions and are planned for the actual garment and market.
Share the product list, market, target sizes and the organic-content or certification objective. Existing material specifications are helpful but not required for an initial discussion.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
