Extend your baby brand into daytime pieces with a clear silhouette and coordinated look. Jinshi is a baby romper manufacturer in China, developing shortalls, bubble rompers and longer daywear from your reference or technical pack. We combine knit or woven material options with pattern, opening and private-label decisions for the product you want to make.

30 rompers per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One romper per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.

A short-leg one-piece combines the body and shorts in one garment. Define body length, rise, leg length and openings together, then choose the front, shoulder or crotch access appropriate to the design.

A rounded lower silhouette uses controlled fullness and its own leg-opening treatment. The pattern needs to identify where volume is added and how the gathered or elastic sections finish.

A longer romper can have straight or cuffed legs and a selected front opening. Specify its daywear purpose, proportions and styling independently of a full-leg sleepwear product.

A woven route may use a bodysuit-like lower fastening or a fuller romper shape. Fabric construction, openings and ease are reviewed together; a visual resemblance to a knit sample does not make the patterns interchangeable.
Baby shortalls, bubble rompers and other infant rompers have distinct shapes within this daytime range. Long-leg baby rompers are developed to their intended daywear brief, with sleepwear structures linked separately.
Sleeveless baby shortalls, short-sleeve rompers and long-sleeve rompers are sleeve-and-leg combinations within the selected silhouette. Ribbed or woven materials and floral, animal or other artwork are specified separately. Reference images help establish the intended daytime styling before measurements and samples are prepared.
Shortalls, bubble silhouettes and longer daywear can share a collection without sharing one pattern.
We assess cloth, ease and openings together when translating a design into a different material route.
Gathered and elastic sections receive controlled positions and dimensions so their shape can be reproduced.
Carry colors and prints into bodysuits, accessories or other products with separate descriptions and approvals.
| Opening | What to define | What to inspect |
|---|---|---|
| Front buttons or snaps | Length, overlap and spacing | Placket shape and attachment |
| Front zipper | Path, direction and end treatments | Operation and surrounding fabric |
| Shoulder opening | Location and fastening | Dressing access and edge finish |
| Crotch opening | Panel shape and closures | Overlap, leg relationship and access |
We assess closures, reinforcements and seam positions on the actual garment. A decorative front and a practical opening can be separate features; both belong in the technical description if the design uses them. Specialized closure requests receive their own development review.
Muslin and gauze, cotton knits, cotton blends and suitable regenerated-cellulose materials can be considered for selected styles. Specify the actual fiber blend, construction and weight, then compare the sample's appearance, opacity, fit and care requirements.
A bubble shape needs the chosen cloth to form the intended fullness. A straighter knit shortall presents another set of seam and fit questions. We review material in the garment rather than assuming one seasonal fabric description applies equally to both designs.
Colors and prints can connect the romper to baby bodysuits, hats or a broader collection. We approve the artwork on each base fabric and adjust the scale where gathers, small panels or openings change the visible pattern.

The size plan establishes chest, body length, rise and the relevant leg and sleeve dimensions. Gathered or elastic sections include their finished measurement basis; cuffs and bindings are counted in the complete garment dimensions.
Body references and age labels help organize the range, but manufacture follows the approved pattern and measurement chart. Changes to material, fullness or opening placement are identified in a new version and reviewed before production. The approved sample should show both the overall silhouette and the smaller construction details.
Daywear names, descriptions, photographs and labels should agree on the intended use. A romper developed as daytime clothing does not automatically become sleepwear because it appears beside pajamas in a collection. For full-length sleep garments, use the baby sleeper route; for broader ranges, see additional apparel development.
We can coordinate labels, hangtags and retail or gift packaging with the selected style. The packing specification identifies whether the romper is supplied individually or as one component of a larger combination.
For standard fabric qualities with custom colors or prints, bulk starts at 30 rompers per style per color with mixed sizes. Each romper counts as one sales unit. Specialized fabrics, constructions and packaging receive their own project assessment.
We coordinate solids, prints, contrast panels and selected embroidery with the romper's shape. Brand labels, care information, hangtags and packaging identify the item as the daywear product you approve. Material or garment matching with a sleepwear collection is handled through shared references rather than an assumed identical specification.

Start from our print library, request an editable design change or provide your own artwork for daytime baby rompers. The selected print can coordinate a shortall, bubble silhouette or long-leg range.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Consider gathers, pocket panels, straps or openings where present. The same artwork can support a collection without making the daywear and sleepwear specifications identical.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Our sample team checks how the chosen material forms the romper's shape, including gathers, plackets and lower openings. Bulk production follows the approved pattern and seam route, with the selected garment proportions carried into measurement checks.

Romper manufacturing connects the shortall, bubble or long-leg silhouette to its own proportions and closures. As an infant romper supplier, we keep the intended daywear use clear when developing matching fabrics or prints with sleepwear products.
Wholesale baby romper orders can include selected sleeve and leg combinations. Allocate quantities by style and color or print version, and identify any matching accessories separately in the order.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For baby rompers, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
The coordinated-print example demonstrates how common artwork can use different scales and placements across separate products. It provides a useful planning route for a romper that joins an existing bodysuit or sleepwear print story.
Yes, as a material and pattern review. Ease, openings, seams and the finished silhouette may need adjustment, so we sample the proposed construction.
Both can be developed, with their own finished measurements and approved configuration. The change should be visible in the style and quantity records.
We define the placement and amount of fullness, then review the leg openings and body shape in the selected fabric. The approved pattern captures those decisions.
We can assess a suitable arrangement with the required access, overlap, attachment and finish. Send detail views of the effect you want to achieve.
Yes. We coordinate the artwork and palette while retaining the romper's daytime description, own measurements and separate approval.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
