Custom Baby Bodysuit Manufacturer

Turn an everyday baby basic into a recognizable part of your brand. Jinshi is a baby bodysuit manufacturer in China, developing envelope necks, shoulder openings, sleeve variations and crotch fastenings with custom fabrics and private-label details. We coordinate individual garments and defined multipacks from sample review through packing.

Your Order at a Glance

Custom bulk

30 bodysuits per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes

Custom sample

One bodysuit per style per color

Normal sampling

7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects

Normal bulk production

25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects

Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.

Select the Neckline and Sleeve Combination

Envelope-neck bodysuit

An overlapping shoulder construction creates the neck opening. Review the overlap, binding and shoulder shape together, including how the opening returns to its intended appearance after handling and washing.

Shoulder-opening bodysuit

An opening at the shoulder uses its own fastening and reinforcement arrangement. Specify the side, position and closure details so the sample can be reviewed in both open and fastened states.

Sleeve variations

Long sleeves, short sleeves and sleeveless shapes each have their own finished opening and length. A consistent color group can connect the versions while the pattern record identifies the actual combination being ordered.

Infant bodysuits and baby body suits refer to the torso-and-crotch garment covered here. Short-sleeve baby bodysuits and long-sleeve baby bodysuits are configurations within the range, with their own finished measurements.

Wrap-front baby bodysuit

A wrap or kimono-style front uses overlapping panels and its own fastening arrangement. Review coverage, binding, access and crotch dimensions on the sample; this is a construction choice separate from sleeve length.

Compare sleeveless bodysuits with short- and long-sleeve versions. Printed baby bodysuits, solid colors and ribbed baby bodysuits can share the same collection palette while keeping fabric and neckline specifications explicit.

Why Choose Jinshi for Your Baby Bodysuits

A Strong Basic Starts with the Openings

Develop the neckline, leg binding and crotch fastening as connected fit and construction choices.

More Ways to Build an Assortment

Coordinate sleeve lengths, solid colors and prints as individually identified garments or defined multipacks.

Small Details Stay in the Specification

Snap position, reinforcement, binding and label placement remain visible in the approved sample record.

A First Order That Can Mix Sizes

Standard qualities support 30 garments per style per color, including custom color or print, with your chosen approved size allocation.

Put the Crotch Construction into the Specification

DetailDevelopment decisionSample check
Crotch extensionLength, width and overlapHow the parts meet when fastened
Snap arrangementNumber, spacing and positionAttachment and operation
Leg openingShape and binding or hemFinished measurement and edge appearance
Body lengthShoulder-to-crotch measurement basisFit with the selected diaper-space allowance
ReinforcementMaterial and position where neededSupport around the fastening

A more forward or higher fastening position can be discussed as a separate design choice. We assess it with the body and leg openings, rather than changing snap placement without reviewing the rest of the pattern. Explore trims and construction.

Match the Fabric to the Whole Garment

Cotton and cotton blends, bamboo-derived regenerated-cellulose routes and other suitable knits can be compared for your bodysuit. The complete fiber composition and construction are recorded for the selected style, with binding or rib identified separately where used.

The sample gives us specific questions to answer: does the neckline sit as intended, do the crotch layers lie cleanly, and do the leg openings maintain the approved shape? We also review the selected wash procedure and relevant measurements before agreeing care information.

A print can run across the body or be placed at a defined position. Small shoulder overlaps, bindings and crotch panels need their own artwork review so the finished piece looks intentional at every size.

Plan Single Pieces and Multipacks Clearly

Individual bodysuit

One garment is one sales unit. Define its style, color, size label, fiber information and packaging, with the selected configuration tied to the production record.

Coordinated color pack

Create a pack from an explicit list of garments and colors. A five-piece pack, for example, must identify all five bodysuits, their sizes and their labeling and packing arrangement. The packaging count is not the same as the garment count.

Collection companion

Use the same palette or print alongside baby rompers, sleepers or newborn gift sets. Each product has its own specification and intended use, even when presented as a coordinated range.

Develop the Size Range and Approve the Pack

We work from your size system and measurement chart or prepare a proposal for review. Chest, body length, shoulder, sleeve, crotch and leg openings are recorded with clear measurement instructions. Different size groups may need different opening details.

For standard fabric qualities with custom colors or prints, bulk starts at 30 garments per style per color, with mixed sizes. Samples start at one garment per style per color. A multipack is planned by its actual component quantities, with specialized labels and packaging assessed separately.

Approval includes the bodysuit, actual fabric and trims, final size information and the assembled pack where applicable. Normal standard-fabric sampling takes 7–10 working days after its required inputs and conditions are agreed; additional review and packaging development are scheduled according to scope.

1. Frame the sample

Send your reference, market and quantity idea. We agree the sample's purpose around neck access, body length, crotch fastening and leg openings.

2. Consolidate the decisions

Review the identified sample version, retain what works and return one set of comments on the changes needed.

3. Release the approved product

Confirm the final materials, measurements, brand details and order breakdown before the bulk-production stage starts.

Make It Your Brand

Use a signature color group, all-over repeat or placement motif, then coordinate rib or binding and your label position. For wholesale or retail packs, we identify each garment's style, color and size before approving the outer band, bag or box. An individual bodysuit and a multipack retain separate quantity and packing records.

Prints for Your Bodysuit Collection

Choose an existing library print or send your own artwork for baby bodysuits. An all-over repeat, a selected chest design or a plain-and-printed assortment can be developed with your brand.

Choose an Existing Design

Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.

Use Your Own Artwork

Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.

Review graphics around envelope shoulders, wrap panels, binding and the crotch closure. Shorter torso areas call for their own scale and placement decisions.

Made in Our Jiangmen Factory

Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.

Bodysuit production brings binding, overlapping neck sections and crotch closures together on a small garment. Our pattern and sample team confirms those relationships before the bulk line follows the approved measurements, trim references and attachment details.

Our bodysuit manufacturing reviews shoulder or wrap openings, crotch fastening, binding and the selected sleeve length together. As your baby bodysuit supplier, we help turn a collection direction into a clearly specified garment.

Wholesale baby bodysuits can be planned as individual styles or defined retail packs. Record the style, print, sizes and pack contents separately; packing several garments together does not change the underlying production units.

Quality Checks for the Product You Approve

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For baby bodysuits, the review focuses on the details that define the product:

  • Check neck shape, shoulder overlap, body length and finished leg openings.
  • Inspect snaps, reinforcement, binding and the inside finish at contact areas.
  • Verify individual labels and the exact color-and-size contents of a multipack.

We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

From a Core Basic to a Repeat Range

Development example

The first-order-to-reorder example shows how a brand can separate sales by size from fit and product feedback before choosing its next quantity. Use the method when deciding which bodysuit colors or sleeve combinations to repeat; its 50-to-150 quantities are illustrative rather than an order requirement.

Baby Bodysuit Questions

Is a bodysuit the same as a full-leg sleeper?

No. This page covers the torso-and-crotch structure. A garment with full legs belongs under baby sleepers or the appropriate daywear category.

Can all pieces in a pack have different colors?

Yes, as an agreed pack. Production quantities are still recorded by each style and color, and the assembled contents must match the packing instructions.

Can the snaps be moved farther forward?

We can assess that change. It needs a review of body length, overlap, leg openings and the practical fastening arrangement.

Can a sleeveless version share the long-sleeve size chart?

Some body measurements may carry over, but the armhole and finishing need separate specification and approval.

Can we use one print across a bodysuit and romper?

Yes. We adjust artwork placement to each shape and check the selected materials and trims independently.

Can Jinshi supply baby bodysuits under our own brand?

Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.

Can we choose an existing print instead of supplying artwork?

Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
