Bring your bamboo pajama range from fabric idea to branded garment. Jinshi is a children's sleepwear manufacturer in China, producing baby and kids' pajamas in bamboo-derived viscose/rayon, bamboo-derived lyocell and suitable blends. Choose the product shape, complete fiber composition, color or print and fit, then develop them together in a private-label sample.

30 sales units per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One sample of the selected single garment or complete pajama set per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.
Jinshi works with 300+ partner brands and has exported to 25 countries. We support new collections and continuing supply with a team that connects product decisions to factory work.

Develop a crew-neck or selected opening with long or short sleeves, paired with pants or shorts. The body fabric, rib or binding and waistband are reviewed as a coordinated set. Compare pajama-set structures.

Choose the opening, feet and cuffs, then assess the selected fabric alongside zipper tape, binding or rib. The approved configuration identifies the features included in each size group. Explore baby sleepers.

Compare knotted, elastic and plain lower openings in the chosen cloth. The material is reviewed through the neckline, sleeve and lower-section construction, with print placement adjusted around the hem treatment.

A bamboo-derived material can be assessed as an outer layer or another suitable component. Lining, filling, trim and any thermal-resistance requirement remain separately specified for the finished product.
Bamboo viscose pajamas and bamboo rayon pajamas can refer to the same viscose-type fiber route. Bamboo lyocell pajamas use a distinct fiber process. The material record identifies the actual route even when buyers begin with the shorter phrase “bamboo kids' pyjamas.”

Extend the bamboo-derived range with a gathered nightgown, collared direction or longer sleep shirt. Choose the fabric and silhouette together; sleeve lengths and decorative details stay specific to the chosen garment.
Plain, ribbed, pointelle, printed and other suitable fabric directions can be compared within the bamboo-derived collection. A family or seasonal program can reuse selected artwork across products, while garment specifications and order groups remain separate.
Compare bamboo-derived viscose, lyocell and blends with cotton, modal, spandex or other suitable fibers.
Standard qualities include custom color or print from 30 sales units per style per color, with mixed sizes.
Review stretch, seams, cuffs and openings on the selected cloth rather than relying on a similar-looking sample.
Keep the full composition, supported material information and garment labels aligned with the product you sell.
| Route | What the name tells you | What we still specify |
|---|---|---|
| Bamboo-derived viscose/rayon | Plant source and manufactured fiber category | Blend, construction, weight and finish |
| Bamboo-derived lyocell | Plant source and a distinct fiber-manufacturing category | Actual supply identity and complete fabric specification |
| Bamboo-derived blend | More than one fiber in the selected material | Every fiber and its percentage |
“Bamboo” identifies the source, not the finished fiber by itself. Product descriptions and labels use the correct generic fiber names. Bamboo-derived lyocell is not automatically TENCEL™ branded fiber, and plant origin does not establish antimicrobial or environmental performance for a finished pajama.
The bamboo fabric center provides the deeper material comparison. On this page, the focus is the garment, its actual fabric and the steps needed to manufacture it.
A candidate such as 70% bamboo-derived viscose, 25% organic cotton and 5% spandex can be discussed for a selected knit garment. Review its actual hand, recovery, print and wash behavior before approval.
A candidate such as 70% bamboo-derived lyocell and 30% recycled polyester provides another development route. Source documentation, fabric construction and intended product are assessed together.
Cotton, modal, spandex and other suitable fibers can be considered within complete formulations. These examples describe development choices; they do not indicate that every blend is currently stocked or already approved for bulk production.

On a sleeper, review the front opening and the relationship between body fabric, zipper tape and facing. On a two-piece set, compare the neckline, cuffs and waistband with the main fabric. On a gown, check how the chosen cloth forms the lower opening.
Artwork is tested on the actual base fabric and scaled for the selected panels. A collection can share a print, but a baby foot panel and a child's top need different placement considerations. The style record keeps the fabric, artwork and construction versions connected.

First compare fabric references, then review the chosen garment in its actual material and trims. The approval covers fit, opening operation, seams, appearance and the selected wash checks. We identify substitute-material samples so an early pattern review cannot be mistaken for approval of the final fabric.
Bamboo-derived garment sampling can begin from a reference image, an existing sample or a selected style-library direction. Include your intended market and the fabric qualities that matter most to the range.

For standard fabric qualities, we support custom colors or prints from 30 sales units per style per color, with mixed sizes. Standard qualities are not limited to existing stock colors. One sleeper is one unit; a complete top-and-bottom pajama set is one unit.
Samples start at one unit per style per color. Normal standard-fabric sampling is 7–10 working days and bulk 25–30 working days after the relevant inputs, material conditions, approvals and payments are agreed. A new fiber formulation or special construction is assessed separately. Read the full MOQ rules.
Send your reference, market and quantity idea. We agree the sample's purpose around the garment, full fiber blend, trims, artwork and actual-material fit.
Review the identified sample version, retain what works and return one set of comments on the changes needed.
Confirm the final materials, measurements, brand details and order breakdown before the bulk-production stage starts.
For wholesale bamboo pajamas, select the garment shape, full material composition and print version before comparing quotes. Made-to-order bulk supply is available; a bamboo collection name does not establish identical fabric, pricing or stock across every item.
Develop a signature solid, illustrated repeat or placement print with labels and packaging for your baby or children's range. As your garment supplier, we connect the fabric approval with the final style, so a material change also triggers the relevant fit, print and labeling review. Available standard qualities and new blend development remain identifiable supply routes.

Choose from our existing print library or send your own artwork for baby and kids' bamboo-derived pajamas. Review the design with the exact viscose, rayon, lyocell or blend composition you select.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
We compare repeat scale, colors and printing route on the actual base, then carry the approved reference into the garment. The library design itself does not specify fiber content or current cloth inventory.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Bamboo-derived fabrics enter development as identified material qualities, with their own construction and finishing requirements. Our sample team reviews that cloth with the chosen zipper, rib, elastic and seam route before approved references are released to bulk cutting and sewing.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Our bamboo pajama manufacturing starts with the exact viscose, rayon, lyocell or blend specification, then develops the garment and artwork together. As your bamboo sleepwear supplier, we connect the approved cloth and print to each product in the range.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For bamboo-derived pajamas, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
The coordinated-print example includes a detailed illustration direction on a bamboo-derived base and a limited-color graphic route. It shows how print choice follows the artwork and actual material, with separate approvals for the finished products.
The working process matters alongside the fabric. Feedback on material comparisons, sample revisions and repeat orders helps explain how a range moves into production.
Yes. Describe the garment, hand, fit and price direction. We can compare candidate materials and help define the full specification.
No. Fiber identity, fabric construction and stretch are separate attributes. We select and review them for the proposed garment.
That can be assessed. The chosen finish must meet the approved shape and fit requirements; the sample confirms the combination.
Yes. The cotton pajama route helps establish a comparable garment brief, with any fit or construction adjustments identified.
Yes. We can work from your technical pack, develop an agreed design or adapt a suitable base style through a private-label or OEM/ODM project. Garment stock, available fabric and new manufacture are identified separately in the quotation.
Yes. You can select from our existing print library, discuss changes to an editable design or provide your own artwork. We confirm the chosen design, fabric, scale and sample requirements before production. Existing artwork does not mean the printed fabric or finished garment is in stock.
Send a reference or technical pack, target market, sizes and approximate style-color quantities. Tell us the fabric and brand details you want to retain or develop; we will help define a useful sample and quotation scope.
