Bring your baby range to one manufacturing team, from full-leg sleepers and newborn gowns to carefully specified wearable sleep products. Jinshi is a baby sleepwear manufacturer in China with design, sampling and production support for private-label brands. We coordinate the collection's materials and appearance while developing each garment for its own structure and size group.

30 garments per style per color on standard fabric qualities; mixed sizes
One sample of the selected garment per style per color
7–10 working days for standard-fabric projects
25–30 working days for standard-fabric projects
Standard qualities include your own color or print. One single garment or one complete top-and-bottom set is one sales unit. Each stage starts after its required inputs, materials, approvals and payment conditions are agreed; review, special development, testing and transit are scheduled separately.

A one-piece garment covering the body and legs, with an enclosed-foot, open-ankle or fold-over-foot configuration. Compare the access route and foot structure before selecting the neckline and cuffs. Explore baby sleepers.

A longer garment with a knotted, elastic or plain lower opening. Hem structure, body length and neck access work together and must be specified for the selected size group. Compare newborn gowns.

Closed-bottom wearable designs have dedicated neck, armhole and lower-body measurements. The main fabric, lining and any filling are recorded as a complete assembly, with thermal-resistance development addressed separately. View sleep-sack options.

Compare flat wraps with shaped constructions and clearly defined arm arrangements. The intended use stage, restriction of movement and accompanying instructions belong to the individual design. Review swaddle development.
Baby nightwear, infant sleepwear and baby pyjamas are broad buying terms. Use the product groups below to identify the actual structure your brand needs before comparing samples.

A separately developed top and bottom can extend an infant collection. Confirm the intended size range, waistband, neckline and finished measurements; do not obtain a baby size merely by shrinking an older child's set.
Bodysuits, daytime rompers and newborn accessories can coordinate with the sleepwear collection, but keep their intended uses and product specifications separate.
Coordinate a sleeper, gown and other selected products through shared colors and artwork, with separate garment approvals.
Neck access, diaper space, closure protection and the features included in each size are part of the technical brief.
Standard fabric qualities support custom colors or prints from 30 sales units per style per color, with mixed sizes.
Add individually specified bodysuits, accessories and gift packaging through the same project team.
A bodysuit covers the torso and fastens at the crotch; a daywear romper can use short legs, a bubble shape or a longer silhouette. These products can share the sleepwear collection's colors without adopting the same intended use.
Hats, headbands, bibs, mittens and loose blankets belong in separately described everyday or gift groups. Each item retains its own use information. Infant sleep guidance calls for an uncovered head and face and a sleep space free of loose accessories.
| Development question | What we establish |
|---|---|
| Which size system does your brand use? | Size names and the corresponding body references |
| Where does the garment need room? | Body, diaper, leg and foot measurements appropriate to the shape |
| How is the baby dressed? | Neck access, front or crotch opening and closure positions |
| Which details vary by size? | Cuffs, feet, openings and their approved size groups |
| What happens after washing? | Measurement and appearance checks under the chosen care procedure |
Newborn, infant and toddler labels are starting points for organization. They do not establish one universal fit. We keep the approved measurement chart alongside the pattern and sample, rather than assigning every baby style the same age range.
For preterm or special newborn briefs, specify the required proportions, contact areas and access arrangement. These are individual garment-development projects; a smaller size label does not establish suitability for clinical use.
Choose a core material direction, then assess it in each product. Cotton, cotton blends and bamboo-derived viscose/rayon or lyocell routes can be considered for suitable designs. A sleeper's zipper assembly, a gown's lower opening and a sleep sack's layers create different questions even when the outer print matches.
We coordinate the main fabric with binding, rib, zipper tape, snaps and labels. The sample review checks the finished combination, including the selected wash conditions. Develop a coordinated newborn collection when several products need shared artwork and staged approvals.

First, choose the core product and the sizes you want to develop. Add a reference image or existing sample, preferred fabric direction and sales market. We then define which sample will answer the first questions: shape and access, actual materials, color and print, or the complete branded presentation.
A sample made to review a pattern does not automatically approve every material and label. We record what was assessed, what changed and which decisions remain before production. The product-safety page connects the selected garment to its relevant checks and market documents.
A coherent baby collection can use one palette without making every garment identical. We develop repeat scale, trim color and label placement for each shape, then coordinate individual packs or a clearly listed gift presentation. A collection overview and product photographs help buyers recognize what is shared and what is supplied in each item. As your baby sleepwear supplier, we keep approved product details and the actual supply route visible in the quotation and order record.

Our print library provides an existing design starting point for baby sleepwear. You can also bring your own artwork or discuss changes to an editable design before it is used across selected products.
Browse the available print references or ask us for a selection suited to your product. Note the design code and any requested color or scale change; editable options are confirmed for the selected design.
Send your repeat file, illustration or placement graphic. Tell us the product and fabric direction so we can review the artwork dimensions, colors and sample route with you.
Keep the shared theme recognizable across sleepers, gowns and sleep sacks without forcing the same motif size onto very different panels.
Jinshi has manufactured clothing and children's sleepwear since 2000, with export business beginning in 2008. Our factory and office are together in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
Our separate sample line develops the product differences before the bulk teams make the approved range. Shared materials and prints are coordinated across styles, while cutting, sewing and packing instructions retain each product's identity.
| Factory resource | Jinshi's overall operation |
|---|---|
| Site | Approximately 5,000 m² total area |
| Production | Six bulk lines plus a separate sample-development line |
| Equipment | 200+ pieces of equipment across the operation |
These figures describe Jinshi's factory resources across its product range. The production plan for your order is confirmed against its specification and the current schedule. Explore the factory and equipment and capacity.
Our baby sleepwear manufacturing coordinates the different garments in a newborn or infant collection without treating their structures as interchangeable. Work with one baby sleepwear supplier on the shared color story, while approving each sleeper, gown or sleep sack separately.
A wholesale baby sleepwear assortment can contain several product families. Identify quantities by product, style and color or print version; collection coordination does not merge different items into one MOQ group.

Our 10-person QA/QC team connects the approved sample with the agreed production and release checks. For baby sleepwear, the review focuses on the details that define the product:
We provide relevant material, product-certification and audit support, including OEKO-TEX and organic or recycled documentation where applicable to the selected route. Documents are matched to their actual material, product, site and order scope. See quality and inspection and certifications and audits.

Development example
Our newborn development example follows a group of related products through staged pattern, material and final-sample decisions. It illustrates how a collection can share a design direction while keeping fit, openings and product information specific to each item.
Jinshi works with 300+ partner brands and has exported to 25 countries. Our role is to connect your collection requirements with the people, materials and factory work behind them.
